Small room, not heater, small hotel but highly expensive

However, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the room size and the heating issue you encountered. This does not reflect the level of comfort we strive to offer. Room was small. Shower drain didn’t work so it flooded the bathroom. I had to turn the water on and off to avoid flooding. Hair dryer kept shorting out making it unusable. Shampoo was empty and no conditioner was provided. The location was great though and I did sleep well.

Good small hotel in a good location. As expected rooms very small. However twin beds the narrowest I have ever had to sleep in. Also website is misleading as the hotel does not have a bar (as anyone would know it) and room service is limited to just breakfast.
