THANK YOU to whole Team at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun for the warm welcome and the high service level. We have really enjoyed our stay and facilities at the hotel. We found the hotel is really nice one and breakfast is delicious. The large room was also really appreciated.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is well situated in Seoul. The gym was great, I was able to maintain the majority of my routine due to the large variety of machines and weights available. Unfortunately, this is not enough to make a stay at this hotel worthwhile as the hotel room I was given was on the second floor. Had I known that this would be the room I'd be given, I would've booked elsewhere. I was unable to get a good nights rest due to the noises coming from outside. Furthermore, I didn't feel comfortable opening the blackout curtains as there was a building with a direct view into my room. Had the hotel been able to accommodate by letting my pay for an upgrade when I requested for one, I would probably have a different outlook on it, but instead, I'm just sitting here wondering how they can advertise being a 5-star hotel.

I called front desk during mid night to fix the noise from the ventilation system in the washroom , the staff who picked up the call didn't really understand english
