Truly a great hotel. Very much better than the nearby novotel. Some room for improvement: 1. Was not able to figure out how to use the rainfall shower - maybe the knob was broken? 2. The bidet seat controls was not user friendly, compared to other brands I tried before in hotels.

900$ for a few hours of late checkout after already paying $2,000++ for the room is unbelievably bad. I was so dissatisfied with that part which is sad because everything else was amazing.
