This is located in a vibrant area of the city above a couple of bars, so if you want quiet and sleep, ask for a higher floor and be probably at the back. I was walking around the city and sleep with earphones, so it wasn't really an issue, but the floor to ceiling windows don't give much feeling of privacy unless the blind is down.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, aircon was not working - appeared to be locked so I couldn't adjust it so had to open the window onto a very very very noisy front street

We stayed here for two nights and had booked a room with a balcony. We had trouble opening the door to the balcony (our fault not the hotel’s). One of the reception staff patiently showed us how to open it. - It was easy. The staff on general are very helpful. As always the breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is 20 minutes’ walk from the station from Reine Sofia museum. There is a metro stop outside.

Very well located hotel, friendly staff and comfortable beds/pillows. Breakfast was small but had enough choice and was all good quality. Only negative I can say is that the air cons weren’t always working, however, I still highly recommend this hotel!
