Good location but noisy and so so staff

Staff didn't put me in the room I have originally booked. Issue with noise in the room and card not being used for deposit even though was asked twice when checked in.

Hotel is great! just small concern regarding waiting time for the lift and no toothbrush included in the room.

1. At check in time, the agent has very poor English. I had asked to extend my check out time. The agent had asked her superior for approval, then confirmed with me for delay check out at 1400. At the day of check out, I received multiple calls at noon rushing me to check out. This tells you that the Check-in agent did not put the late check-out requests into the system. Instead of checking out at 1400, my family and I left at 1300. 2. I had called to ask for black tea instead of green tea. Guess services had told me that due to the room type, I am not entitled for black tea. I may not be a frequent flyer but this is something new. 3. Your baggage storage desk, the agents are extremely helpful.
