The staff are very fluent with english and can help you out with anything. The room I stayed enough was spacious enough for a solo traveler like me. The bed was super comfortable. Room service korean food was delicious and worth it. I was told I would get Han river view room but didn'T. realise how far it was. The room lock ( the upper chain) was broken, though most of the staff was kind and helpful while asking for direction or booking cab, few things I was not happy with was that the room was never cleaned completely. My tea cup and glasses were left unchanged for 3 days, only after I complained twice it was changed. I could sense how half heartedly it was cleaned. One day the housekeeping came and asked to use my telephone in the toilet ( still don'T. know why). On arrival I was told to stand in a queue for checking at 12pm. I stood there alone waiting for someone to come and then when I asked another employee passing by then she told me checking opens at 3pm so they can help me with the luggage. I understand I was early but why make me stand in front of the empty desk when you know no one will be attending me there. The negative points took over the positive points for me.

Good business hotel for visitors with its strategic location. the room was rather similar to ibis (but definitely bigger room space) layout but since i wasnt there as a tourist, it was okay.

Great location and overall experience was good but the room cleanliness was not the best.. Phone was covered in dust and there were some hair on the floor upon checking in.

Back again after over 2 years away. It was good to be back. I am glad that we had time to enjoy the facilities a bit more. The club lounge was superb on the one night I managed to try. However breakfast could have had a bit more variety. All in all, another great stay. My only hope is for some flexibility in future for platinum members to use the coin laundry, especially overseas travellers who have been travelling for almost two weeks in Korea, haha. We will be back!
