One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The interior is stunning, combining elegance with modern comfort, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I have to give special mention to Holiday, Usman, and Jonathan for their warm welcome during check-inn and later they booked castle tickets for us and helped with food recommendations

The staff so friendly and helpful. The Manageress was lovely unfortunately didn't get her name. Will highly recommend. Rooms and breakfast very nice. Manageress went out of her way to make sure 11 of us ladies could sit together at breakfast and was so helpful in every way. A great couple of days!!

Clean comfortable say at this hotel. Very centrally located with tram just across the square. Had an accessible room which had plenty of room to move around and a lovely wet room. Beds were very hard as were the pillows. Be warned no wheelchair access ramp at front of hotel. Ate in the hotel and food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great loads of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As our building is listed, we have certain limitations on modifications and access is available at the rear of the building, but we are constantly exploring ways to improve accessibility for all our guests Nonetheless, we're pleased that you enjoyed your dining experience with us. Great stay. Miss Tatiiana and Zsznett helped us a lot during our stay with kid. Great Location and breakfast. Hotel is situated in city centre. Very close to railway station, bus stop, tram station and shoping mall. Rooms are big and spacious. Well decorated. Dinner was awsome..

Another excellent stay here. Fabulous rooftop room with great views of the city (605). Lots of nice touches in the room which was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. All the staff are absolutely fantastic and make you feel at home. Food was very good.
