I stayed here during the firework festival and the location was perfect—just a short 3-minute walk to the beach. Despite the extremely busy period, the staff remained well-organized and attentive, ensuring all guests were well taken care of. The hotel also arranged a lovely birthday surprise with a welcome cake and decorations, which made my stay even more special. As an Accor Plus member, I received a warm welcome, a room upgrade, and all the expected benefits. Breakfast was overall fine, though the hot station options were a bit limited.

This was my 2nd business trip at this Hotel. Ms Tikky runs well well-organised team & they all put effort in their performance. Ms Tikky has very good exceptional customer service skills, she has very good work etiquette, she is always smiling with all customers throughout the day & never lets a long day show her tiredness and always smiles towards all clients.

My 3rd visit this year and probably the best. Have noticed a major improvement in the staff , their attitude and capabilities. The only downside was the elevator that’s been broken for months is still not operational which causes some delays.

I visited Pattaya again recently and stayed Nov 26 to 28, and once more, the hotel lived up to why it has been one of my favorites over the past three years. As an Accor member who comes to Pattaya often, this place has always felt familiar and welcoming. During my stay, everything went smoothly. I also appreciated seeing Suphot, the doorman who has helped me many times before. He’s always friendly and always ready with useful suggestions about places nearby. The location was one of the biggest advantages...Terminal 21 was just a short walk away, Massage was close by, and the beach was only a block from the hotel. The partial sea views were a nice touch, and having a 7-Eleven right at the entrance made things even more convenient. *****If there’s anything I wish they could improve, it’s the elevator that has been out of commission for quite some time now. It would make the stay even better once that’s finally fixed.**** Other than that, it’s an awesome place to stay. I still genuinely recommend this hotel....perfect for both first-time visitors and regulars like me who keep coming back for the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

We arrived late at around 2:00 AM and were assigned connecting rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms had a bad smell and there were many ants on the table, so we requested a room change as we could not stay in those conditions. Khun Kao or Kong at the reception was very helpful and assisted us in finding another room. We sincerely appreciate his patience and excellent service.
