Luxury from the moment you arrive. Valet parking is available. Seamless and friendly check-in. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful. Choice of city or atrium views. Everything about the room is great. Luxury bathroom, spacious layout, mist comfy bed, pillow service, bathroom splendid. Hotel restaurant is the best, cocktail bar on site. Hotel has lots of longe areas to relax in and have a snack or drink. Spa on site. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location- A nice quiet place to stay!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great service. As past quests we were made to feel special. Room 504 which we have stayed in previously is our go to Suite. The only thing is that the TV keeps switching off, not sure whether it on a timer or as it is internet based. We requested for someone to check it out, but it wasn't resolved.

We loved our room. Huge, comfy bed. Bath large enough for two. Excellent facilities. The restaurant for breakfast was lovely, with excellent and speedy service. It had a very welcoming feel. All the staff were lovely from the time we arrived. Only things we thought were strange: - The TV faced the window so impossible to watch from the couch. - No stereo system. - Strange reception area/not obvious from when you walk in. - Lovely entrance from the car, but when we pulled up, there was a ute with two young guys, heavily tattooed, one with a balaclava/bandana over his lower face. It was a bit intimidating if I'm being totally honest.

We stayed at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct hotel for a single night stay , although being short was a great stay. Check in with Billie was easy and our room was excellent. We used valet parking and was good to catch up with Cureem (sorry not spelt correctly) again. We visited the lounge and was great , a nice selection of food and drinks.Sharon was a good host. Breakfast was good and relaxing and checkout with Thomas was quick and no hold ups. We have been staying here for quiet a few years now and the very friendly Family Vibe seems to have gone,it may be as simple as with most places a shortage of staff and everyone getting worn out.!!
