Good location on Jardin area , close to main street. Room and stuff are good, but bathrooms are really to be refreshed! With small maintenance could be a very good location . Swimming pool almost abandoned (with no water recycling even)

The security outside the hotel is non existent. My husband’s expensive iphone was snatched from his hand while standing on the front porch of the hotel. The hotel staff refused ti let us see camera footage of the incident which could be because there was no security camera to record the same. The safe in the room was not working when we entered but that was rectified soon. The hair dryer did not work and the wash basin was cracked and leaking from the crack and the faucet kept dripping all the time.

Regarding the incident that occurred in front of the hotel, we would like to clarify that, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), security camera images cannot be shared directly with guests and may only be released to the police upon an official request. We remain available to cooperate with the authorities whenever required. The hotel maintains security staff at the entrance at all times. Nevertheless, incidents of this nature may unfortunately occur in large urban centers. Even so, we take reports of this kind seriously and continuously review our preventive measures and guest guidance. Concerning the maintenance matters mentioned, we confirm that the safe issue was promptly resolved, and the remaining points related to the hair dryer, wash basin, and faucet are being followed up and addressed to prevent recurrence. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to reassess our processes and improve our services.
