Overall we did enjoy the hotel. The location is great for London Bridge and other tourist attractions. We had a family room which I have to say was small compared to other family rooms. Staff in the hotel we found very friendly and helpful, catering was OK. Would book this hotel again just maybe next time a bigger room.

The welcome is always good but after that things can go down hill. We have stayed several times recently as I regularly attend Guy's hospital and the location is good for Guy's. On this occasion we must have been given the smallest room in the hotel!! As I have stated in previous reviews the pillows are most uncomfortable I have never known a 4 star hotel without tissues in the bathroom. A small issue but often it is small touches that make the difference. There was no hairdryer in the room. It is usually hanging on the back of the bathroom door but not on this occasion. We asked at reception and waited......and waited till we had to leave with my hair wet which was unfortunate. I guess I will return but more for convenience than from choice

Had one night here really nice well located hotel. Bed was comfy and we like the cookies at reception and coffee machine in the room. All nice and clear and good toiletries in bathroom
