The hotel is closely located on the south bank of the Thames river. Tower Bridge, Borought Market, and Southbank are within walking distance. All major areas of London are easily accessible by bus. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room is excellent. Breakfast is a buffet, very rich tastes and delicious. The reception staff are very friendly and provide all kinds of help and support. I would like to thank to Mrs. Ruchi, Mrs. Mercedesz, Mrs. Marie and Mr.Gus very much. We would like to thank to restaurant staff for their service and all the other staff who contributed during our stay.

The hotel is very beautiful and well located but we had a room for 3 that was not at suitable for three adults. the 3rd bed was merely a camp bed, very small and unconfortable. It was impossible to move in the room or to store our luggage anywhere (same for the bathroom). Plus the half board menu was not good at all.

From check-in onwards, everything was ideal. The thermostat in my room wasn’t working, but I was given a heater that did the job. Breakfast was excellent and the overall feel of the hotel was splendid.
