From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Denis and Jaciley made me feel right at home. Pullman is more than a hotel. Denis informed me that Air Canada will bring its first flight crews to Pullman the next day. I noticed that all staff members adorned Canada flag pin and the hotel even put 2 Canadian flags on its mast. That's attention to detail in action. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Rue Paulista, Ibirapura Park and many local dining joints. I highly recommend this establishment who are looking for a balance of comfort and value.

Good: Bed comfortable, welcoming staff, restaurant good. Poor: Very slow check in and out process, if you run out of water in your room it took many attempts to get more provided, bathrooms are small, no iron in the room

When checking in, the hotel staff told me my breakfast is included but end up with next morning the restaurant lady told me I have to pay for it! You should told me the truth at check in not just give me surprise and embarrassment at restaurant
