Perfect place to discover Edinburgh. Thats the positive point. Rooms are very small with no storrage place, bathroom micro. Staff not unfriendly but nothing more. Breakfast with froozen fruits, green bananas and fruit juice dispenser out of service for 3 days. Don't go there during festival season. Price far away to high for what you get.

Great location, lovely staff. Carpet in room could do with a clean as it was very stained but otherwise was acceptably clean.
