Very friendly greeting and immaculately clean room, with some rather odd features; a bent metal bedside shelf and some very hard to use coat hangers as an example. Slightly surprising was the charge for parking in the underground car park as did not notice this when booking. The hotel is quite a long walk to the centre of town.

We stay at the Ibis Vitoria Gasteiz every time we drive to the south of Spain. The hotel is half way and a good place to stay overnight. The rooms are rather small but the hotel offers all you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included as well but unfortunately we had to leave earlier than the start time of the breakfast. We were able to get a coffee though!

I think during 4 nights and 5 days staying the Ibis Budget was wonderful place in facilitating my time in attend a conference in Vitoria-Gasteiz and very supporting my access to internet in helping my working through the online or even by email. However, please increase capacity of internet so that in the room can be access well and not terrible signal if we just work from the room
