Staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentleman (curly hair) on the desk(sorry forgot your name). Always going above and beyond with any help needed during our stay. Location was perfect and having their own secure car park took the worry away with rental car. Would definitely return. We stayed with room with terrace and was ample for our stay

Hotel booked specifically for parking with EV charger. On arrival we were told ALL the car parking spaces were already reserved - although the staff did not know how many EV cars were on the reserved handwritten list. There were two EV spaces availbale BUT we were instructed to move from the garage. We had to find an alternative public parking place without any EV charging facility. We checked the parking garage last thing at night and early morning (photos are available) there was the 2 EV charge places unused. We had to move the car unecessarily and spend time the next day looking for an EV charge point. The staff also said they would put non-EV cars on the spaces even though there is a clear notice the spaces were only for EV cars. There was one non-EV car in one of the occupied spaces. Our complaint (i) staff not in control of the so-called reserved parking spaces (ii) would have put non-EV cars in the charge point spaces (iii) were not pleasant in instructing us to move when it was not necessary. Dreadful stay. Will be looking to cancel my ACCOR membership unless a satisfactory outcome is provided to my complaint.

The hotel offers great value given its location and the option of secure private parking at a reasonable additional cost. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in and everywhere was clean and tidy. As expected, our room was small but it had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. On a personal note, one minor negative comment would be the door to the separate ensuite toilet which does not close that facility off from the rest of the room. One suggestion - although we found the hotel with little difficulty, it is in a narrow street so a more prominent sign advertising it's presence would be helpful - at present, if in a vehicle, you are beyond the garage door and directly outside the main entrance before you see the sign above the door. In summary, overall a very enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

Good location, on-site underground parking, clear instructions to get there, friendly reception with all info that is needed. Clean room, comfy bed. For short stays, like 1-3 nights it is perfect. The sleep can be disturbed by the noise of the street if someone is sensitive for that, did not annoy me at all, neither disturbed my sleep. Noise cancellation on the room door is a bit to improve on it, every little noise sneaks in from the hall.
