We’ve stayed at other Rixos resorts, and Tekirova was a mixed experience. The food was cold, repetitive and not as good as at other locations. The staff weren’t very attentive, many spoke little English, and it was often difficult to find a table in the dinner hall the staff didn’t seem to want to help you in the dinner hall which was frustrating. The hotel facilities were lovely, and the reception team and spa team were friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my treatment. The beach was beautiful, and the all-inclusive mini-bar in the room were a nice touch. A highlight was a surprise birthday cake delivered to our room, which was very thoughtful. They have the Starbucks bar there, however we didn’t use it as they only had one coffee machine in it and the queue was massive. I felt bad for the man who was working there. It was nice that we got to go to land of Legends and we enjoyed our day there. The bus picks you up from the hotel around 9 and you get the bus back around 4. There was so many people trying to get on a bus it was a bit disorganised We visited during the off-season, so a lot of the hotel was closed, but we expected this and didn’t mind. One nice touch was the cinema, which shows films at 3 pm and 10 pm—since the weather wasn’t very sunny, this gave us something enjoyable to do. They also have fitness classes which I did see some running however I tried to attend one of the classes at 9 am and no one showed up. The scenery is really beautiful and the mountains are very picturesque. Overall, while there were positives, I’m not sure I’d stay here again due to the staff and the food.

First of all , the bathrooms in the rooms are a disaster , so tiny , it s horrible . The hotel does not have the capacity for everybody to stay inside , it is always full . Always after 22-23 pm you can stay in the lobby reception or bar sports , when people are leaving for bed . The lobby bar closes at 24 , so you have to go to sports bar whether you want or not . There is a restaurant open 24 hours a dat at -1 called People Restaurant . The burger/ cheeseburger it is terrible , it is frozen meat . We are not at McDonalds . Pasta is terrible . The buffet is also terrible , same food everyday , they have 2-3 dishes that they make everyday to look like they changed something , it is terrible . The only good thing is the Greek a la carte , Ali is the best waiter in the whole world . I will give you an short example of what it means terrible food . I had to order from room service an chicken snitzel for kids to eat in the room , because they are not serving chicken snitzel at the buffet or somewhere else . But , the outside the hotel it is wonderful , the beach is close but tiny , you have starbucks near to beach , they have like 4-5 swimming pools outside . Inside pool is also a disaster , the water was fronzen than outside warm pool . Spa was also tiny . Although we spoke to the manager to warm it up , he said it was good , but not for us , for the mf russians . I swear to god , nobody in the hotel speaks turkish , they are full of rusians and customers also rusians who are not good behaved , they are rude , miserable and loud . The worst Rixos i have ever been .

Don't waste your time on this hotel in the winter!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was in June 2018 and now in January 2026. The best location where the mountains are connected to the sea in Turkey. The hotel has become simply not worth any attention over the years. Half of the restaurants are not working! Rixy Club is not functioning and has been moved to 2 small rooms where they are crowded. The food in the restaurant has no complaints about the quality and taste, but at breakfast people stand in large lines for scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Long lines at the beach at the Starbucks coffee machine where only 1 person works and there is only 1 machine. Room cleaning with minimal effort! During the 5 days of our stay, no one wiped a single mirror in the room. Don't waste your time on this hotel in the winter!

I truly regret to read that your recent winter stay did not meet your expectations, especially in comparison with your visit in 2018. First of all, I sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced. While we are pleased that you continue to appreciate our unique location, where the mountains meet the sea, it is clear that several aspects of our winter operation did not reflect the level of comfort and service you expected from us. During the winter season, our hotel operates under a reduced seasonal concept, which unfortunately means that not all restaurants and outdoor outlets are available. That said, we fully understand that the closure of certain venues, combined with queues at breakfast stations and at the Starbucks coffee point, negatively affected your experience. Your remarks regarding staffing and operational flow have been shared with the relevant departments for review. Regarding the Rixy Kids Club, renovation works are currently in progress as part of a comprehensive modernization project. While alternative indoor areas are provided to ensure continuity of children’s activities, I regret that the available space felt crowded and insufficient. We acknowledge that this is not an ideal solution and appreciate your patience during this transition period. I am particularly concerned to read your comments about room cleaning. The fact that mirrors were not cleaned during your stay is unacceptable and does not align with our housekeeping standards. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Your feedback is extremely valuable, as it highlights areas where our winter concept and service consistency clearly need improvement. While many of these measures are intended to enhance the long-term quality of our resort, we fully recognize that the guest experience during this period must also remain at a high standard. I regret that we were unable to leave you with a positive impression this time and truly appreciate your honesty. Should you consider visiting us again in the future, particularly outside the winter season, we would welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in Rixos Premium Tekirova. From the moment we checked in, the staff demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service. There were no greetings, no assistance, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had been allocated an incorrect room. When we requested an upgrade, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked. However, when we checked the hotel’s official website, multiple higher-category rooms were clearly available for booking. Despite this, no effort was made to accommodate us or offer a solution. Furthermore, the room category we originally booked was located in a building that was completely closed due to the so-called “off-peak season.” This means the hotel sold a room type that was not even operational at the time of our stay. As a result, our booked room did not exist, and yet no alternative or upgrade was offered. Overall, this experience reflects poor management, misleading booking practices, and an urgent need for improvement in customer service standards.

Very nice place with big territory and natural views. Good service, warm and polite, friendly approach, ready to assist guest relation. Tasty food, good bars but mind that winter concept poses some limitations, of course. Many thanks to the whole Kids club team who really worked hard to entertain the children regardless main Rixy club was closed/ demolished for renovation. Especially kudos go to Furkan, Shevval and Kifaye – guys u r amazing! And separate and great Thanks to Cansu Xanim for her constant attention, assistance and availability! Definitely will come again (at least to see renewed RIxy club) 😊
