When checking in, the guy at reception was staring at the computer screen for about 5 minutes when I asked if there was a problem. He replied the room is not available. He then asked if I could wait 30mins, then he disappeared. 30mins later he said the room is ready! The room was like a prison cell. Accor are damaging the brand being associated with this place.

Room is dirty, bed sheet and pillow cases have yellow and brown stains on them. leaking sink and the leaking water went directly under the bed because the sink is right next to the bed. Air-con wasn't working, it's basically a fan rather than an air con. Bathroom door not shutting and water came out easier because of the tiny size of the bathroom.
