Do you have to pay to join ALL?

No, it’s completely free to join ALL Accor.

What is the difference between Status and Reward points? 

Status points get you to the next status level and are earned on eligible stays, meetings and events.. 
Reward points are earned on eligible stays, on dining in hotel restaurants (when your membership in the ALL app is shown to our friendly restaurant team in participating Accor restaurants), on shopping with select retailers via our online store, as well as with our programme partners. Reward points can also be redeemed for hotel stays, shopping for products or limitless experiences on our online store, Limitless Shopping, or with programme partners.

What are the different membership levels?

When you join ALL Accor, you join at Classic status. From there, the more nights you stay or the more Status points you earn, elevates you to the next status of Silver, Gold, Platinum, and even Diamond membership status.

Which partners participate in the ALL hotel loyalty program?

There are over 90 partners participating in ALL Accor loyalty rewards, ranging from Frequent Flyer programs, to car hire, and more.

Can I earn Qantas Points with the ALL Accor hotel loyalty program?

Yes! Simply link your ALL Accor and Qantas Frequent Flyer memberships together and you’ll earn 3 Qantas Points for every AU$1 you spend at participating hotels in Asia Pacific. That’s in addition to your usual Status points and Reward points earned with ALL during your stay.
