1. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and use Qantas Points. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.
2. You must be a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL- Accor Live Limitless to link your accounts and earn rewards. Rewards and benefits are subject to membership status and eligibility, see terms and conditions. Linked Members consent to Accor and Qantas collecting, using and disclosing personal data related to their stays and flights and exchanging that data with each other, see terms and conditions for further details
3. Qantas Frequent Flyer members who have linked their ALL- Accor Live Limitless accounts will earn 3 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on eligible hotel stays, goods and services at participating Accor properties in Asia-Pacific booked via an eligible Accor channel. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (Websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Members must provide their Accor Live Limitless account details when booking and present their Accor Live Limitless loyalty card to hotel reception at check in for points to be awarded. Eligible spend includes the room rate plus eligible expenses as defined in the ALL Loyalty Programme Terms. See full Terms and Conditions for details of all eligible and ineligible spend. Qantas Points and Reward points will not be earnt on cancelled bookings or in the event of full or partial default in the payment of an invoice. Reward Points and Qantas Points will be credited to the members account within 14 days of completion of the corresponding hotel stay. 4. ALL- Accor Live Limitless Gold members will earn 1 ALL Reward point per A$10 spent on eligible Qantas flights. ALL- Accor Live Limitless Platinum members and Qantas Frequent Flyer Platinum and Platinum One members will earn 2 ALL Reward points per A$10 spent on eligible Qantas flights. Points will be calculated based on eligible spend. Eligible Spend is the price paid for the seat including fare and carrier charges, but excluding government imposed taxes or optional fees such as seats, bags, upgrades. ALL Reward points will be earnt in addition to Qantas Points and Status Credits. Members add their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to their booking before flying in order to earn the ALL Reward points. Eligible Flights are any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on your ticket where Qantas Points are normally earned. Qantas Points and ALL Reward points will not be earned on some fare types and booking classes. For full details, see terms and conditions and Airline Earning Table. Reward Points and Qantas Points will be credited to the members account within 14 days of completion of the corresponding flight. Qantas Points and ALL Reward points will not be earnt on cancelled flights.
7. Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold members and Points Club Plus members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete their first eligible stay. Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (Websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. Silver status will be processed after the completion of the required eligible stay. For a list of hotels and brands that do not participate in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme visit here. Once a Linked Member fast tracks to Silver status, they will retain this status for the balance of that calendar year and for the next calendar year. Qantas Points Club Plus members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete two eligible stays (each of at least two nights) Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least two overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (Websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. 9. Accor Plus members with ALL Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Limitless status without an existing Qantas Wine Premium membership will receive complimentary membership. Complimentary membership will be renewed on a yearly basis as long as the member remains a linked Member with ALL Gold and above status and an active Accor Plus membership. Complimentary joining gift is not available with this offer. The complimentary Qantas Wine Premium membership will be automatically activated within 30 days following successful linking of accounts. To be a Qantas Wine Premium member and purchase from Qantas Wine, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, 18 years of age and over, and have an Australian delivery address.
