2 nights in a lovely room with fantastic views. Reception staff went above and beyond, making taxi and restaurant reservations for us. Directions to town and help with the public transport system were given and proved excellent. We particularly liked the code that allowed us free use of the buses. A lovely hotel that I can thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently close to downtown. The rooms are modern and nice. Breakfast is good enough. Surroundings are too industrial for my taste.

Check in was easy, staff polite. Oat milk was in our fridge as requested for tea and coffee. Staff helped with bus times and local info. It is a little way from the city but this is walkable or a quick bus journey.

overall i thought it was a great stay at a good hotel. Staff were amazing and very helpful. A couple of issues were on the Sunday, the hotel bar/restaurant was closed and being out of town was Mcdonald's( which i haven’t eaten in 20 years). And the electrics were out for several hours which affected the internet until the next day.
