Hotel is almost perfect, since the quality is cool to the amount of money you pay Only the coffee quality is bad in the coffee shop and there are no verity of sweets

Hotel was nice but the staff was not friendly at all. I have commented about the invoice in the comment during booking but it was not read by the staff, then why do you even provide such comment fields? I have requested for a room upgrade upon check-in but it was denied even before looking at my member status. The lady got aware of my membership status after rejecting my upgrade request. The attendant on the bar in the evening was always sarcastic. Overall, not a nice experience with the staff.

Every day, we and our staff work enthusiastically to ensure that our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay in line with the globally recognized Novotel STANDARD. Accor All guests are an important part of our daily guest volume, and we appreciate your loyalty to the many different Accor brands. We are therefore all the more sorry that, unlike most of our other guests, you were not entirely satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to offer you a room upgrade for the booked period, as the higher room categories were fully booked for those 3 days, just like the rest of the hotel. Upgrades based on ALL status can only be offered “subject to availability” on the day of arrival. We are also sorry that your request for a separate billing address was apparently not seen during the pre-arrival preparations, so that we had to change this directly upon your arrival, which was of course both annoying and time-consuming for you. Once again, we deeply regret this error, which definitely does not reflect our meticulous work ethic. Nevertheless, we would be delighted to welcome you back to our hotel soon.
