In der Tat wird der frische Obstsalat von einer kleinen Manufaktur für uns täglich frisch zubereitet. Hierbei wird das Obst mittels Zucker und Säure vor Oxidation geschützt. Showed up around 11:00 am. They told me that my room was ready. Would I like to check in now? I said that would be great. She then quoted a price to check in early. Yecch! What a rip off. Are you going to reduce my bill if I leave early or come in late. Why not rent rooms by the hour?

Room was clean with right space. Breakfast spread was good as well as coffee. Located at quiet area as compared to other hotels that are centralized at more touristic spots. A proper working desk with bright light would have make a Rating 9!

I had a comfortable stay with everything available what I wanted. The room and the hotel itself were very good. However the room wat too hot and I could not cool it down with the air-conditioning. Opening the window was also not an option as it was too warm outside as well during the day and there was traffic noise. Even with the window closed there is a lot of noise coming from the street as you are located close the the fire works.

Just too much to describe. The staff is indifferent and doesnt care about the customers. My shower drainage didnt work during the whole stay. Asked 3 staff members for help. Just one example out of all.

The overall experience very positive. There were just 3 things which I would remark: - I slept in a single bed. The bedsheet probably was not wide enough, I found it every morning tucked under me, pulled out from beneath the mattress when i turned around during the night, thus I found myself sleeping partly on the mattress pad. - I ran short of shower gel during stay, I used the handwash gel at the sink instead. I know I could have asked for the shower gel, yet I did not bother with it. - I took every morning a weisswurst for breakfast. It was very nice, but last morning it was completely cold…

We arrived earlier than the check in time and had to wait - fair enough, but the receptionist made no attempt to contact housekeeping to see if our room was available. By the time we had waited to check in a queue had developed, so all of the admin we could have completed on our arrival still had to be done, so rather than being just handed a room key, we had to wait for one receptionist to clear the queue, whilst the second person who had been at the desk disappeared. Check out was similar - one person to deal with the inevitable morning check out. Poor staff management 😔

Compared with the Novotel hotels I regularly stay at in France for business, I consider your hotel to be in a clearly superior category. It is modern, beautifully designed, the parking is excellent and extremely convenient, and the breakfast is very good. Congratulations to the team. Unfortunately, I don't think the restaurant is at the same level as the hotel. The menu offers rather limited choice and, in my experience, the dishes were poorly executed. The selection of wines by the glass is also very limited and of rather average quality (Bardolino being the only red wine available by the glass).

Every day, we and our staff are deeply committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay that meets Novotel’s global standards. We are, of course, delighted that you enjoyed the hotel and its facilities so much. A new menu and wine list will be available by the end of September. Of course, the preferences of the majority of our guests always influence the selection and availability of individual items, which naturally leads to significant regional variations in the overall size of the selection. Three of the people in our party are return guests of Novotel Regensburg Zentrum. Because we enjoyed our previous stay, were pleased with the accommodations and the location, and received exceptional service and assistance from Faizi, we wanted to stay there again. The majority of the staff was also friendly and helpful which was an improvement over last year with a couple of exceptions. The onsite restaurant and bar are also a great feature. The rooms are a good size and the layout is great, especially for an extended stay like ours. The lobby area is a plus and makes you feel like you are in a home despite sharing with the other guests. There is also a nice patio area that we used daily which the restaurant and bar services. While we understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel, there were some issues related to the pet guests. It was obvious that the hallways were not vacuumed regularly as there was debris and pet hair that remained in the same places throughout our stay. Pets were also relieving themselves in common hotel outdoor areas like the steps, walkway, and patio and those areas did not appear to be cleaned regularly. Additionally, staff allowed a feral cat access to the hotel on a nightly basis. Not only was the cat allowed to roam freely throughout the lobby, patio, front desk area, and staff area, it was also allowed to walk on the surface of the front desk. Some of the employees provided food and water to the cat which I am sure is part of the reason the cat returned nightly. The biggest issue for me was that some of the employees petted the cat and did not wash their hands prior to servicing guests including some bar employees. Another issue is that is was inconsiderate of guests who are not fans of pets or have pet allergies. Allowing a feral cat free access in hotel areas can potentially be life-threatening for some people. As an allergy sufferer it did present some issues for me which I tried to avoid and remedy with medication. Also a family was checking in and the daughter appeared to be afraid of cats as she ran when she saw it and continued to move to keep as far away from the cat as possible. The front desk employee, who had just been petting the cat, seemed oblivious to the girl's reaction and fright and allowed the cat to continue to roam the lobby and front desk area. Unless our plans change, it is our intention to book at the hotel again next year. I pray that changes are made to resolve the feral cat issue, the cleaning concerns, and the friendliness and helpfulness of some employees.
