We would like to thank you very much for the review of your stay. Every day, our team and we are fully committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free stay, in keeping with the globally recognized Novotel standards. Our hotel, which opened in 2020, was designed and built according to a modern, certified German low-energy standard. This certification specifically includes a modern reversible air conditioning system that provides cooling or heating capacity in accordance with applicable requirements, depending on the outdoor temperature measured on-site. In our case, this corresponds to an outdoor temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, measured on the roof of the building. Below this threshold, the system ventilates the rooms with 19-degree outdoor air or provides heating. The air conditioning system is therefore not operated at our discretion, but in accordance with German regulations, and is part of Accor’s sustainability efforts, which aim to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. However, for guests who prefer to sleep with the window open, rooms overlooking the very quiet inner courtyard are available upon request. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel.
