Thank you very much for taking the time to share your impressions with us so candidly. Every day, we and our staff are deeply committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay that meets the global Novotel standard. Unfortunately, unlike with most of our other guests, it seems we were unable to achieve this for you. In fact, this year—like almost all of our direct competitors in Regensburg in recent years and months—we have switched to the aforementioned 3-day cleaning cycle. This decision was not an easy one for us, nor was it driven primarily by sustainability considerations or initiatives from Accor or us as hotel operators; rather, it was unfortunately necessary because, as a hotel business, we could no longer fully pass on the sharply rising personnel, energy, and other costs to our guests. However, we can assure you that the basic hygiene of the rooms will not be compromised by this new cleaning cycle, and the rooms will always be in immaculate condition upon the arrival of new guests. As described in the electronic guest information in your room, we will continue to be happy to bring fresh towels, toilet paper, and all other amenities to your room upon request, and coffee, tea, and all other items are available at the front desk for quick pickup.
