ALL — Accor Live Limitless is a loyalty program that delivers world-class service and experiences. ALL is free to join and empowers you to earn rewards, including hotel stays and experiences.

ALL—Accor Live Limitless is a global program, meaning you can earn and use points across the globe. With over 5,300 hotels across 110 countries, spanning 40+ brands and with 95+ partners, the program is a must-have companion for any smart traveller.

Signing up to Accor Live Limitless is simple! You can join the ALL program here. As soon as you register, you’ll enjoy member benefits—including earning points, easier online bookings, a special Members’ rate to save even more on your next stay, and exclusive benefits to enhance your stays. 

While ALL membership is completely free, there are several membership tiers, and you’ll find more benefits with each tier. 

What are the different ALL Membership Levels?
There are five different tiers of ALL membership:

• Classic
• Silver
• Gold
• Platinum
• Diamond

How do you move up membership levels? Members can elevate their membership (from Classic to Silver, to Gold, to Platinum, to Diamond) by earning Status points at Accor hotels.

You do this by having an eligible stay in a hotel or by holding an event with ALL Meeting Planner. Status points are different to Reward points, which we’ll touch on in more detail a little further on.

What are the benefits of each ALL membership level?

ALL Classic
As soon as you join, you become a Classic Member. From now on, you’ll have access to: Members’ rate, Free Wi-Fi, Exclusive offers, Options to earn points with ALL and partners with each purchase—learn more about how you can make your points work double duty
Options to earn points when visiting an Accor restaurant or bar
The ability to spend your points on your next stay

ALL Silver
Once you’ve stayed with Accor Hotels for 10 nights or earned up to 2,000 Status points within a calendar year, you’ll find yourself elevated to Silver Status.
Silver Members enjoy all the benefits of Classic Status, as well as:
Welcome drink on arrival at select Accor properties
Priority welcome at Accor properties
Late check-out options when staying at an Accor property

ALL Gold
Just like with Silver Status, you can find yourself becoming a Gold Member after you stay 30 nights or earn 7,000 Status points within a year.
At Gold Status, you have access to all the benefits of Classic and Silver, plus:
Guaranteed room availability
Room upgrades
Early check-in or late check-out

ALL Platinum
After staying 60 nights or earning 14,000 Status points within a year, you’ll find your way to Platinum Status. Platinum Members enjoy all the benefits of Classic, Silver, and Gold Status as well as:
Suite Night Upgrade(s)
Access to the Executive Lounge at select Accor properties
Premium Wi-Fi

ALL Diamond
For those who enjoy the finest things in life, there’s Diamond Status. Accessible from 26,000 Status points within a year and up, Diamond is the pinnacle of Accor Live Limitless. At this membership level, you’ll have access to the benefits of Classic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum statuses in addition to:
Free breakfast on weekends (and also on weekdays within the Asia-Pacific region)
Dining and spa rewards
Complimentary Gold Status for another person of your choosing.

Earning ALL Reward Points
Earning points is as easy as enjoying a trip away or tucking into a delicious meal. And unlike other loyalty programs, ALL is completely transparent when it comes to the value of points.

2,000 Reward points always equals €40, with no restricted dates across the calendar. That means no matter where you earned your points, they’ll always be worth the same value, thanks to our simple system.

Redeeming ALL Reward Points

You can redeem Reward points in almost any transaction with Accor, from hotel stays to luxury experiences. Some ways to redeem your Reward points include:

Flights and car rentals
Donating to charities around the world

Status points define your status as a member of ALL. You earn Status points for each eligible stay at an Accor property, along with meals and eligible experiences charged to your room during that stay. You can also earn Status points when planning events with the ALL Meeting Planner.

You do not redeem Status points, and they are valid until the end of the year in which you earned them. Reward points, on the other hand, you can redeem on all kinds of experiences. You earn Status and Reward points simultaneously, but your Reward points total can decrease—you’ll notice this as you redeem them on stays and experiences!

The easiest way to access your ALL membership card is with the Accor ALL.com mobile app . Furthermore, when you link your VISA or Mastercard in the app and pay with that card at an Accor hotel restaurant or bar, you’ll earn Reward points with your food and beverage purchases , even without staying in the hotel. You’ll also be able to see Accor events and experiences in your app, so you never have to miss out on the must-see events that matter to you.

ALL members get exclusive access to earn and use Reward points with partner programs. These partnerships include airlines and even car hire brands, so you can earn or use points at every step of your holiday.With some partnerships, you can earn points to use on your next stay, others are an opportunity to earn and use points.
