Simply log on using your ALL user ID and book a stay in any participating hotel identified by this symbol:
Choose your residence to obtain the number, then tell the Customer Care Advisor you want to book with your points.

Use your Reward points throughout your stay to pay less when checking-out. Simply ask at hotel Reception for further details.

Your points are flexible and adapt to your needs
- 1.000 PTS = 20€Use your points to pay for part or all of your stay:
- - From 1,000 Reward points: 1,000 Reward points = EUR 20.
- - From 2,000 Reward points: 2,000 Reward points = EUR 40.
Haven't quite got enough points? Settle the remainder however you wish*!
For example, to pay for a €50 stay, you can use 2,000 Reward points supplemented with an additional €10.
