Breakfast at Mistral offers a great mix of Asian and Western dishes, all kept fresh and at the right temperature. The staff were wonderfully attentive and made the experience even better. Luisa was especially pleasant and welcoming. Big thanks to the whole Mistral team (Mary, Michelle, Mark, Romeo, Chris and Shirly) for starting our day on such a cheerful note!

My family's recent three-day stay at the Sofitel Macau @ Ponte 16 was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations were excellent and maintained with high standards. However, it was the outstanding service, particularly from the Mistral restaurant team, that truly made the experience unforgettable. The culinary offerings were superb, complemented by an incredibly attentive staff. We extend our sincerest gratitude to Luisa, Mary, Michelle, Mark, and Archie, who ensured that every breakfast experiences were consistently delightful. The talent of Chef Prex and Chef Jordan was evident in the exquisitely prepared dishes, and their presence, circulating to ensure all offerings were well-stocked, was a thoughtful touch. Defnitelely will comeback again and stay at Sofitel Macau @ Ponte 16.

The place and the food is very good. Highly recommended if you want to eat in a buffet with the affordable price and good food. So many choices to eat. The ambience is good. Cleanliness are in. Perfect. Also, I want to thank this staffs Luisa, Michelle, Mary, Romeo, Mae, Mark and Paul for genuinely assisting us. They are very friendly and very professional when it comes to their guests. a 10/10!!! 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️

I booked a full body relaxation massage for 60 mins with Mena. She was super friendly and helpful & accomodating. The massage was soooooo good. Alice did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Super friendly & I would highly recommend.
