I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years now and every time the exceed my expectations ! The team is incredibly accommodating, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep the hosts happy. Jose , Kenia and Erik are always there to help with a big smile and a can do attitude . I had visited this hotel with my family before too and the service is incredible , from special treats for my son to trying to find the best room for my family to enjoy their stay here. Their EA to the general manager Benedicte is also super helpful and willing to help me with my bookings

Very nice location. The decoration is elegant, modern. Beautiful Christmas tree and classy holidays decorations. Service is very nice with a special mention to Ronaldo who turned our breakfast in a lovely quality time. Highly recommended

My daughter & I had a wonderful stay and being so close to everything in Midtown made it so easy to walk everywhere. The newly renovated rooms are stunning and we loved the steam iron which was well used. The beds are heavenly too! Thank you so much.....I would definitely return and being a travel agent I would recommend to my clients too.

Location was great. Street is quiet and walkable to many sites and shopping/restaurants. Room decor, amenities and bed comfort all good. Hotel is quiet, almost too quiet. New lounge/bar feels awkward with a weird vibe. Lighting and music is off. Makes it unwelcoming to stop in for a drink before or after evening plans. Service was also very slow in the bar. Feels like they’re trying to find their vibe and it comes off as inauthentic. Tried it a few times and then chose to find a local spot instead. Doormen, front desk and housekeeping staff were all great. If you’re just looking for quiet and comfy, it’s great. If you want a little atmosphere, it’s not the place.
