The hotel was wonderful overall. Although I had requested a first-floor room and was given one on the ground floor instead, it was perfectly fine: very well soundproofed, elegant, and comfortable. I would suggest replacing the light bulbs in the room with a warmer light, similar to the one used in the common areas, which I found much more pleasant. The spa was amazing, and the food was excellent. The only disappointing moment was on New Year’s Eve, related to the service in the lounge area. I had booked the Palm to have something to eat and to wait for midnight together with my daughter. Unfortunately, despite using a translator, the waiter did not understand my needs and called the manager. The manager immediately understood the situation, but everything was then brought at once on a very small table, which was not ideal. After a couple of hours, when I asked for a dessert, I noticed the waiter reacting with some impatience, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, the evening was so beautiful that even this moment did not ruin it. This is a wonderful hotel, just like the young breakfast manager, who was extremely kind and dedicated in helping to solve an issue. Overall, attention to guests could be improved slightly, but the experience remains very positive.

Very enjoyable. It was lovely to stay in a hotel with character. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and pianist very enjoyable in sunday afternoon.

The stay, hotel and friendly staff were perfect. I would say that the room was disappointing. Despite reporting the fan in the bathroom not working it was not attended to. I found the double bed rather small for a deluxe room
