Instead of focusing on service or the quality of our stay they put their needs first including shutting down the machine early, rushing us to order , and couldn't serve us coffee with our dessert because it was an inconvenience to them. I work in the customer service industry and when customers arrive close to closing time you are obligated to serve them in the same manner as any other guest. Not rushing them and if they order coffee after you shut down the machine you still need to make them a coffee. You put your selfish needs to the side and do your job to focus on their experience especially when they are spending a lot of money and tipping you very well. Had I known it would be like this I would not have spent money there I feel robbed

Whilst check-in took longer than expected, even though I had checked in online, the stay was satisfactory, the room was clean, the pillows were uncomfortable and too soft (maybe a personal preference), but the bed was fine, the chain lock on the door was broken, so I was unable to secure the room overnight. No toothbrush in the amenities kit, which was disappointing. That all said, I have a further two bookings, even though they are extortionate in price, I have changed location for the other dates that I require through 2026.
