Without hesitation the overall experience was very professional and staff extremely welcoming. The Sebel Nuku Lolalola was opened to guests from Friday 11/09/26 and we checked in on the Sunday 13/09. Mark at reception was amazing! And he knows why. The 2 bedroom apartment was spectacular. We waited for the restaurant to open and all meals were delicious. I became very sick on our last night and EVERYONE went over and about our expectations organising an emergency appointment at the Zen Clinic. We shall have very fond memories of our stay at Sebel Nuku Loaloa. Vinaka vakalevu to you all.

Stayed on the 15/09, nothing on the website showed that the hotel was still under construction. The day before we arrived we were told the pool and restaurant would be closed as they were under construction. We tried to organise other accommodation, but since it was the day before, we were unable to find anything. We had emailed 6 times to check if we could get a refund for our prepaid breakfast that wouldnt be provided since it was closed and heard nothing back. when we got to the hotel they tried to charge us the price including the breakfast. We ended up needing to pay $140fjd to spend the day at another hotel since all the facilities were closed. Its also a 25min walk to the nearest restaurants, so keep this in mind. Would not have been upset if they would have just replied to emails.....have still heard nothing back almost a week later

The Sebel is a lovely new property and rooms are of a very good standard, I would definitely recommend staying at the property. Service from the team was fantastic.

The Sebel will be good once everything is in place.
Our 1 bedroom apartment has all amenities, but the bathroom floor was still covered in paint and grout and the shower drain was blocked. The green light from the smoke detector was so bright I could see it turn on and off with my eyes closed. That was annoying when trying to sleep.
We did get a notification to say the restaurant/pool area was not complete. It will look nice when finished.
The pickleball court was still under construction, wedged between the pool and restaurant seating. Take plenty balls because the fence is low and the court is small.
There is no signboard up so the taxi drivers had no idea where it was. This will change in time, no doubt.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, like everywhere else in Fiji.
You can leave your bags at reception on checkout if you have time to go into town. Be aware that they do not have dedicated facilities to have a shower and change on your return.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. Everything was well organized and the staff were friendly and housekeeping were great and really helpful.
Only downside were the powerpoint locations in the kitchen. There are no switches for electrical kettles and toasters. There’s one right above the sink but it’s a little too inconvenient. Other than that no complaints.
