Overall my expectations fell below what I had expected. I stayed in room 224 and 222. The air conditioning did not appear to be working in 224 so I had to request for a fan, which even then did not cool the room down. My nights sleep was very disturbed to the point I had to sit outside in the middle of the night to cool myself down. In room 222 the shower is broken and is barely attached to the main arm. The hotel itself (formerly known as Dominion) was one of the best but in recent times under the Mercure brand the hotel seems to have gone a few steps back. I am a New Zealand citizen and the Mercure brand is well regarded thus my decision to stay with you folks, however going forward it is unlikely I’ll be staying with you. I request a refund of at least one nights stay.

Good stay for people .. However cleanliness should improve and standard should be maintained all the time. Overall it came be recommended to everyone. The hotel has wonderful staff who are friendly and helpful. Thank you for your kind service

Friendly staff. Misleading advertising. No hair salon, only a mirror left over. No shops within the vicinity and had to leave the property in order to shop and find a different place to eat. Wanted to make own breakfast but no cutlery (butterknife) or bowls. Would be good if studio could have these anyway for those who don't want to order food. Had dead ants on the bathroom floor, toilet didn't fully flush, and the jug had to be manually switched off. No footpath for us to access the pool area from our room besides going through the back door. We ended up leaving 2 days earlier rather than spending the full 4 days we had originally booked for which was really sad.

Room was clean, staff amazing, breakfast yummy. Staff were the best we experienced in Fiji! Rooms were slightly dated, however, clean.

The Nadi hotel was comfortable, although the room was small. Wifi wasn't available throughout the hotel, only in the reception and bar areas. The staff were great, extremely pleasant and helpful. The building was tired and is in need of a maintenance programme (rusted, broken balcony fittings and shabby shower fittings). TV reception could also be improved. We used the hotel as emergency accommodation during the recent Cyclone Sarai so can appreciate some services were basic. Lucky they had a generator. Overall a comfortable couple of nights but wouldn't be our first choice.

The staff were lovely . The rooms were really comfortable and clean. The cinema is near which is a bonus . Even other restaurants were near which was a few steps away from the hotel . I had an awesome stay with my husband there and will definitely come back again. Thank you mercure for a lovely stay

A good holiday for me is lots of eating and good food. Sadly, like most of Fiji I found your kitchen wanting. Love the place and the people, including the Mercure, but that is a downside.

Rooms are good and staff are very friendly....Restaurant setup particularly for the breakfast buffet needs addressing. The morning that I tried the breakfast, there were cockroaches crawling all over the Buffet table, and through the bread baskets.

I stayed for two nights. Had great rest place was quiet even though next to heavy traffic thoroughfare. transport to and from provided and convenient. Staff friendly smiles it was good and welcoming.

I have stayed here many times and it is always the same. Friendly checkin and out, comfortable good sized room , comfortable bed. Don't enjoy the wine on offer though, could really do with some better quality.

Dirty, grubby, cleanliness at an all time low! Understood this is budget accommodation, unbelievable that Mercure have their brand attached to this facility. Pool has a rim of grime around it, I wish I could attach a photo of the linen 🤮

Checkin /out was quite efficient. Rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable with good bed. The rooms are getting tired and need a freshen up. OK breakfast and lunch menu. The bar and restaurant has a nice view, a good place to relax for a few hours.
