We stayed 10 days and absolutely happy with our stay. The staff are most friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable, we could sleep really well. The swimming pool is very clean, a bit shallow though. The menu is cleverly designed and certainly meets different guests' need. Good breakfast too. Maybe the management can do a bit of improvement to the rooms. We are more than happy to pay a slightly higher rate for a freshly touched up room. The stay here is absolutely good value for money.

Didn't book a room before arriving, was told I HAD to do it online. Only had an eSim so internet was poor. Website wasnt really working, took ages to book. They helped getting me in contact with airline (yay!) But was unable to move flight (boo) so wound up being in the room a total of maybe an hour, all i did was sit on the bed. Was told I couldn't get a refund. Otherwise everyone was lovely.

Conveniently located for my needs for two days before moving to a beach location. As per other reviews, the buildings and rooms would benefit from refurbishing. The garden area is pleasant. The breakfast had many good options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Aging, run down disgrace (poor finishing etc). Not sure how the hotel flys Mecure/Accor flag. First room had cockroaches (have video to prove). Moved to second room to be faced with same issue. Had to use strong poisonous spray in room. On positive side, staff were great and hotel close to airport. Accor needs to seriously reconsider this hotel flying its flag.

Despite reading some reviews that were not ideal, we found the Mecure to be great. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was excellent; the restaurant was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. Standouts were Anna and Jeffrey, who were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a wonderful team keeping the rooms and grounds clean. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and the breakfast in the morning is actually very good! I spent some time sitting in the restaurant area while working and the staff were accommodating. The issue I have is with Nadi. They burn everything after dark and the air quality around the area is terrible. This obvioulsy has nothing to do with the hotel, but the hotel operators and business owners should lobby the local government for cleaner air, its good for the people visiting and living there.

Good location, most tours offer pick up from the hotel, walking distance to eateries and grocery store. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel's restaurant was good. Only issue was flies in the lobby area.
