I guess in the scheme of things you get what you pay for and the Mercure is no exception. I am a Gold Accor member and stay and visit a number of Accor properties on a reasonably regular basis. I have stayed at the Mercure Nadi on quite a few occasions and only do so because of where it is and what I need at the time. I hate being critical but sometimes you have to say it like it is, this occasion being one of those times. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, one lady in particular who was cooking the eggs was great. Sadly, the rest of the breakfast was very disappointing, almost cold and very average when I compare similar offerings at other Mercure hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself looks "tired" and needs some R & M, the only real bright spot is the spa which is in much better shape. Overall, a 5, not bad but not that great either in terms of what I would expect from an Accor property.

The room really needs renovation. The cupboard door was old and cracked and the bathroom slide door was literally broken. Had to maneuver and lift the door to slide open/close. The bar staff seemed unfriendly but was very friendly to the previous couple who weren’t locals. Do better.

It feels great to be greeted by Wonderful smiles everyday . Staff very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the chichats. Seafood is fresh and delicious. Reasonable price.

no communication about room service charges (meals) and dishes not cleared from the room. surface of side tables, tv desk was so sticky... like recently painted tops that did not dry well.

Your staff need to act a bit more professional - I was a bit frustrating watching them talk to each other from over the reception to the bar over the guest and from the reception talking to the staff in the office and not know what to do when my room payment was not update on the system. I waited to see what they would do, but i got annoyed with them looking lost so I ended up showing them the invoice. Dreading to learn what would have happened if i didn't not show them the receipt of payment. just they talk to the guest.
