The customer service was lovely, however we were disappointed to find no hand towel or clean flannels in the bathroom and no water on offer.

The staff were polite and hard working. The food was good. The place was relaxed. A lot of people travel for special occasions. It would be nice if it was recognised with a welcome drink or something.
