Room was very dirty, there were bugs crawling all over the room and bed. Lots of water damage and stench coming from the bathroom making the whole room smell bad

It was a good budget stay. The bedrooms were quite old and the resort had lots of mosquitos and bugs. Was lovely to have clean sheets on the bed daily. Staff were lovely. The photos do look better than the current state of the hotel. It was great to use the Accor discount in the restaurant, the meals were delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Dhiraj (Dee) made our stay! He was so lovely, helpful and accommodating. The resort was nice however a little tired but clean and tidy. Close to shops,food outlets, bars and clubs. Some music in the pool area would have been nice however our stay was enjoyable.
