Please be assured that our hotel takes all matters relating to guest health, safety, and cleanliness extremely seriously. We maintain stringent housekeeping standards and conduct regular preventative pest-control inspections and treatments through qualified professional providers as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Following your report to our Reception team, the matter was noted and reviewed in accordance with our internal procedures. However, after assessment and inspection, no evidence of bed bug activity was identified in the room or surrounding areas. It is important to note that skin reactions, irritation, or bite marks can arise from a number of environmental or personal factors and cannot be conclusively attributed to bed bugs without verified evidence or professional medical confirmation. While we understand your concern and appreciate you bringing it to our attention, we must also respectfully clarify that the hotel cannot accept liability for allegations that remain unsubstantiated following inspection and review. Nevertheless, we value all guest feedback as it allows us to continuously monitor and uphold our service and cleanliness standards.
