Please accept my sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the condition and cleanliness of your room, the presentation of glassware at the bar, and the quality of our breakfast offering. These are fundamental aspects of our service, and it is very concerning to learn that we fell short on this occasion. Your comments regarding the dated condition of the room and overall upkeep have been carefully noted. While we acknowledge that certain areas of the property reflect its age, this does not excuse any lapse in cleanliness or maintenance standards. I have shared your feedback with our Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action. Additionally, your remarks regarding the toaster and food quality have been addressed with our culinary team to ensure consistency and improvement.
