Unfortunately, my recent stay at Mercure Nadi did not meet my expectations, especially for a Mercure branded hotel. Upon arrival, I experienced a long wait before gaining access to my room, which was frustrating after travelling. The welcome from the hotel staff was quite underwhelming and lacked the warmth and professionalism I would normally expect. As an Accor loyalty member, I was particularly disappointed that my Accor status was not recognised at all, which diminished the sense of being a valued returning guest. Additionally, the room condition was very basic and felt below the standard associated with the Mercure brand. Overall, the experience fell short, and I left feeling disappointed with the value and service provided.

We walked in without booking they were able to accomodate us. We stayed and enjoyed our room, and everything about it especially the hospitality, friendliness of staffs and the taste of its FOOD. It was so delicious that night and the breakfast was amazing.

I paid for accommodation and breakfast, however the breakfast was very disappointing, not much variety for the amount we get charged. Also, I booked a suite with 2 double beds, we were put in a room with double and a single bed.
