We’re excited to announce that our main lagoon pool will undergo a full upgrade from 2–18 February 2026, with retiling and resurfacing to elevate your future experience. During this time, the lagoon and waterslide pools will be closed. To ensure your stay remains enjoyable, all guests may access Waitui Beach Club pool and facilities, including cabanas, swim-up bar, and lounge areas. This was our second time at the Sofitel, and we loved it even more than the first time. Our 3yo daughter loved the Kids Club, a special shout out to Mary, Maryam, Terry and Sava, she loved them so much and even wanted to go say goodbye on our final night. Waitui and Solis restaurants were amazing, they were the only places we ate the whole time we were there. All of our servers were amazing, our daughter loved Lola and Wana and would always look for them for big cuddles. Lolo was amazing, always remembered us and our orders before we were even seated. The executive lounge was also a nice touch as an Accor Explorer member, we couldn't make the cocktail hour as out of kids club timeslots, but the breakfast and high tea were fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at the Sofitel. The staff were all extremely friendly. We particularly loved the tour of Nadi with Sammy and Ben. Very knowledgeable and helpful guys. The tour was just the right amount of time, they were very proud of their city and took the time to show us the market, the rugby stadium, schools and the temple. Thank you for making our time in Fiji so enjoyable. Hopefully see you again soon

Gracious Access to Executive Lounge at this Wonderful Resort

Tiki at the concierge desk arranged for access to the executive lounge so I could wait in comfort before my airport taxi arrived. Waisa, the lounge guest service agent, welcomed me and provided me with an amazing lounge experience! Previously located on the lower level, the lounge has just been relocated to a brand new space upstairs. It has lovely atmosphere. There is an abundance of comfortable seating, a business area, and restroom and shower facilities. They offer breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with hors d'ouvres. It's a gem of a lounge and I am most grateful to have been given the opportunity to relax there before leaving for my flight.

Had a fantastic experience overall at the Sofitel with excellent friendly staff like from Vilisita Lolo Manoa Anna and so many others. A special mention to the lovely lady who looked after us on the 1st Feb for Scotty’s private bure dinner . The food and service was out of this world at the Waitui bar and grill. The lobsters at both Solis and Waitui were exceptional Highly recommend the adults only section the canapés and happy hours were awesome We will be back!! Vinaka Scotty and Lenny

Words cannot express how amazing this hotel is. We stayed in the adults only Waitu beach club, where you have your own pool with complimentary canopies, bubbles and shots every hour from 11 am to 3 pm, free water throughout the day, cocktail hour from 5 to 6 pm, high tea in the afternoon and more drinks from 9 pm - 10 pm. As if that isn’t enough you get free sunglasses when you check in, a free mini bar, free laundry service and the nicest, friendliest, amazing people we have ever met on all of our travels. Special thank you to Ana who checked us in, Silvina, Noa, Ola and Leha at the pool, Payal in the Journal Lounge where we went for cocktail hours, Sanjina from housekeeping who decorated our room on our wedding anniversary but all of the staff are fantastic. They all ask your name and use it all the time, how they remember I do not know. We absolutely loved it here and wished we had stayed longer. Vinaka! ❤️
