I had a last-minute booking at Novotel Madinah while traveling from Makkah to Madinah, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just around 300 meters from the Haram, making it very easy to walk to and from the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is excellent, and for those traveling by car, basement parking is available for a nightly fee. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff welcomed me warmly and immediately assisted with my luggage. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I truly appreciate the kind receptionist who graciously offered me an early check-in. I booked a room for three adults, and it was perfect. It included two single beds and a sofa bed that was almost the size of a regular single bed, making it very comfortable for an adult. The bellboy escorted us to our room, explained all the facilities, and made sure we were settled in. The room was spacious, spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and already at a comfortable temperature when we entered. Throughout my stay, every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Room service was fast, and anything we needed was just a phone call away. After this wonderful experience, Novotel Madinah has become one of my top choices whenever I visit Madinah. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone, especially families. A big thumbs-up to the management and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. Thank you, Novotel Madinah, for your outstanding hospitality.
