At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your honest comments regarding the laundry facilities, room lighting, the bottle opener, and bicycle parking. We understand how these details may have caused frustration during your stay. Regarding laundry, while we do not have coin-operated washers on site, there is a laundromat located nearby, and we also offer a service where items can be collected at the front desk and sent to our laundry vendor. In addition, our guest rooms are equipped with glass bottles as part of our efforts to reduce plastic waste and support a more environmentally friendly stay.
