My experience was absolutely pathetic. The check-in was handled by Ms. Geeta, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am a Gold member with both Hilton and Marriott Bonvoy, and I have stayed at numerous hotels across brands, but I have never encountered staff as discourteous as this. The overall attitude of the staff, especially the Nepali group working there, was terrible and completely lacking in hospitality. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they made the experience unpleasant from the very beginning. This is far below the standards expected from an international hospitality brand, and I am extremely disappointed.

Guest requests, especially those related to dietary restrictions, should always be handled with care and consideration. only thing is the parking - would be good to have parking if possible or collaboration with nearby lots.

I was upset because of some ill-mannered Chinese tourists. They cut in line at checkout, and the front desk had to deal with it.

We are very sorry that you were kept waiting while other counters were available, and that our team did not manage the queue appropriately when another guest entered ahead of you. This should have been handled more attentively by our staff, and we fully understand how frustrating this must have been. We also sincerely apologize that your welcome drink was not offered during your stay, despite your ALL Gold membership. This was an oversight on our part, and we have shared your comments with our Front Office team to reinforce proper member recognition and more attentive guest handling. Regarding the room facilities, we appreciate your valuable comments about the lack of UK-compatible outlets and the inconvenience caused by not having a desk for work. While desks are not available in every room type, your suggestion about making loan items or alternatives clearer is very helpful and will be shared with the relevant team for future improvement. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed your dinner, but we regret that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Location of the hotel is good and convenient. Upgraded to room with washing machine was helpful. Staff was helpful in providing me with Nespresso machine and guided me in using the TV.
