We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our property and found the rooms spacious, and we truly appreciate your kind recommendation. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced regarding the drinking water provided during your stay. Please allow us to clarify that drinking water is refillable upon request at any time. As part of our sustainability initiatives, we limit the number of bottled waters placed in the room by default in order to reduce plastic waste. However, this does not mean that guests are restricted in their water consumption, nor is it our intention to encourage guests to purchase water. We regret that this was not explained clearly during your stay and that it gave the impression that water was being limited or sold to guests. This is a matter of communication, and we fully acknowledge that our explanation should have been clearer and more proactive. Your feedback has been shared with our management team, as it highlights the importance of ensuring that our sustainability efforts never compromise guest comfort or create misunderstanding.
