I asked the front desk staff, Seyoon (if I recall her name correctly), to assist to book a restaurant and a taxi for me. She responded very quickly and helped me make booking in just a few minutes!! I’m so impressed. She’s not only helpful, but also very helpful efficient and friendly. I observed that the other male staff was also very attentive and smart - who helped two English speakers solve complicated problems. The designs of the hotel are very nice! The room is also very comfortable. I like the mini bar and luggage area very much - it’s so convenient and practical! I also like the scent of the body wash, shampoo, etc.
