As a previous guest on multiple times I was disappointed with the parking situation. After having been told we must park on the street and paying the charge of $40 on the return to mantra on asking was informed parking is available was charged $50 for the evening. I find the cost of parking extreme as a Platinum accor member. As our room was not serviced due to public holiday I would of expected a gratis or reduced parking fee

The staff were welcoming and the room was comfortable. Shower head was broken and water temperamental but no other complaints. Would stay again.

Staff were amazing and friendly. We were a walk about from town, MCG, we had a concert at the Margaret court arena and we could walk straight over in 5 minutes, rooms were clean and classic.

It was a wonderful experience. All staff were fantastic. So helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The suite was roomy and exceptionally clean. The food in the restaurant was very good value. The location was perfect for attending the Margaret Court Arena on Thursday. There was nothing we could fault. We will certainly return again. The trip was a weekend away with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter and daughter had tickets to attend the Freya Sky concert. A weekend full of memories.

Only working PowerPoints were in kitchenette and bathroom. Both were to close to water and I was uncomfortable charging my laptop and phones there but had no choice
