Was not told on booking that I needed to book parking, had to park 15 minutes away in the city and walk back completely defeating the purpose of staying so close to the venue then getup at 5:45 am to go retrieve vehicle as i could park for over 12 hours, no Sunday breakfast until 8:30 ?? Website says 7:00am Excessive 1.4% seperate surcharge also applied to our booking but charged separately out dated rooms, no USB parts for a charger WILL NOT BE BACK

The hot water and cold was not working correctly in shower we were concerned we would get burnt , it was quite fustrating especially with a child

Great location, friendly staff, nice stay overall. The room was clean and tidy. A couple of areas needing improvement: The volume is loud every time you switch the TV on. Hopefully this can be rectified. Disappointed that the hotel website doesn't make it clear that on site parking is minimal and must be pre-booked when arranging accommodation. The parking cost was higher than expected and the disabled parking area is not adequate for wheelchair users. The reception staff were helpful in ensuring my car was able to be parked on site, though outside. The mattress was a little uncomfortable (needed turning) but staff were alerted of this on checkout. However, the restaurant offered a tasty spread of breakfast foods which rounded off a generally nice stay. Despite the shortcomings listed above, I will stay at this establishment again in future. Thank you.

Hotel is lovely and well located to the Rod Laver Arena and tram stops. No shops nearby so you do have to walk about 10 minutes or catch the tram. Buffet breakfast is available at the hotel and drinks in the evening on weekends. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

A nice woman was so polite at check In. An English lass. Room was great with nice welcome gifts. It was a red hot room also so 10/10. I didn’t have the breakfast.
