We booked a Gold Room with lounge access, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The Gold Lounge team made us feel like royalty. Every interaction was genuine, thoughtful, and filled with warmth. A very special thank you to Pranav, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail were simply outstanding. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel truly valued as guests. People like Pranav are the reason why hospitality becomes an unforgettable experience. I also want to recognize the gentleman who welcomed us during check-in. I unfortunately don't remember his name, but he had the warmest smile and such a friendly personality that, within minutes, we felt completely at home. First impressions matter, and he made ours absolutely perfect. Even before arriving at the hotel, the experience was already outstanding. We were picked up from the airport in a beautiful car, and the level of service from the very beginning set the tone for what would become an incredible stay. Had a fantastic weekend stay at Fairmont Mumbai. As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I was upgraded from the base Fairmont Room to a spacious Fairmont Junior Suite, making the stay even more special. The highlight was undoubtedly the Fairmont Gold Lounge—excellent service, delicious evening cocktails & canapés, all-day refreshments, and stunning runway views. Watching flights take off and land over a late-night coffee was a memorable experience. Breakfast at The Merchant was outstanding, with an extensive spread and high-quality offerings. The swimming pool, elegant interiors, and warm hospitality further elevated the stay. Fairmont Mumbai has quickly become one of India's finest luxury city hotels.
