The thing that stood out for me as someone travelling with their partner & 4yo was the tiny town playroom - life saver as it allowed our energetic kiddo ample of playtime. I have been to almost every luxury property in Mumbai and none of them have a facility like this.

The room AC had issues and I was surprised that the management did not even bother to check with me after I complained.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the air-conditioning issue and, more importantly, for the absence of appropriate follow-up after you reported it.
A complaint is not considered resolved merely because it has been attended to; our team must verify that the solution was effective and that the guest is comfortable. I also regret that your request for green tea replenishment was missed and that you waited approximately 15 minutes at departure despite informing us in advance about your check-out.
I have asked our Rooms and Engineering leadership teams to review the handling of your concerns, including the response time, resolution, communication and managerial follow-up.
Your suggestions regarding providing individual toothpaste or shaving cream to reduce unnecessary packaging are also appreciated and have been shared with our Housekeeping and Sustainability teams for consideration.

Overall good, nice restaurants and ambience. However check-in and checkout process need to be swifter and quick. Sharing email ids on repetitive occasions not good, running for Amex card machine not good, not receiving soft copy of the invoice not good, not putting restaurant bills on room number not good, not putting automatic f&b disc not good though it was told it will be 15%.

Repeatedly requesting your email address, delays in arranging an American Express terminal, not receiving the invoice, and the difficulty in posting restaurant charges to your room are not reflective of a seamless guest experience.
I also regret that the committed 15% Food & Beverage discount was not applied automatically. You should not have needed to follow up for a benefit that had already been communicated to you.
I have asked our Front Office, Finance and Food & Beverage teams to review the handling of your stay, including the pending invoice, payment process, room postings and discount application.

Very dirty, rude staff and there's bed bugs. I even saw some mice in the room. The bathroom is very dirty and full of hair in the sink. The toilet has shit stains.

Stayed at Fairmont for my birthday. It is the best hotel next to the airport and one of the best hotels in the city. We upgraded from the Fairmont Airport View to the Signature Airport view and it was the best room with an amazing view of the runway and airport. Even though we were so close to the airport the noise level is literally zero in the room. The room is clean, huge and spacious with a bathtub. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. They have 4/5 dining/bar options. We had the buffet dinner and breakfast and it was one of the best buffets ever. There’s so much variety of food to select from. All the staff were really helpful and on their toes all the time. The pool is big, and there is a children’s play area as well. Overall an amazing stay. Would love to come back again.

I regularly travel to Mumbai for work and stayed at Fairmont for 20 nights in last 4 months and every single stay has been truly exception. Right from facilities, food, service, experience, it doesn't fall short of anything.
Restaurant/Merchants:
I'm always a regular there for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Their chef Vishal, Selvam, Pius and other team members (Kuldeep, Shubham, Deepti) made sure that I always have what I need. I'm vegetarian but require high protein low calorie options. Vishal and his team always takes care of that, no matter what.
Hedonist:
I don't drink Alcohol and still love to go to the bar Hedonist, Archit generally makes me try new cocktails and I look forward to it
MDP cafe:
This one time, I went there to work at 1 AM, Riri observed that I was feeling cold and brought me a shawl so that I can work comfortablly through the night, that really touched me.
Gold Lounge:
Abhishek, Muhafir always made sure that I have whatever I needed, taught me how to make coffee. Lock made me try some exceptionally great cocktails, he over head my conversations and knew what I needed before I even told him.
Front desk:
Yash, Mandar, Simran have already been really really support
Most of all - thanks to Sam Ozair for going above and beyond my expectations.
Honestly, whatever you guys do at hotel, I don't expect any other hotel to do it. Permanent loyalist.
Only minior downside of this hotel is location, it's right on a main road the it gets crowded in the evening. Soemtimes, it gets hard to get cabs, you also get stuck in traffic.
