All was good . Only Disopented with Your Massage Service and Buffet Service. But Your Housekeeping Staff And Royal Service Staff was excellent i can give them 5 Star . Also Your Security , Your Gate Staff Were Great . Over all we enjoyed our Stay . But could not enjoyed Your Ammenites due to our Busy Scdhule . Only One Suggestion The Jacuzzi Water should be Warm During Winter Period. Thank You for Your Service .

Service was consistently slow: Anything I ordered, whether in-room or at the restaurants, took an unusually long time to arrive. This happened repeatedly throughout my stay. Cleanliness was a major concern: My room was not maintained to the expected standard. There was a bindi stuck on the closet and visible dirt in the bathtub when I checked in. These are basic hygiene lapses that shouldn’t happen in any hotel, let alone a Fairmont. A couple of team members did stand out: • Amisha from Guest Experience went out of her way to support my dietary needs, and I genuinely appreciate her effort. • The Spa Manager was extremely accommodating and arranged an appointment for me despite a fully booked schedule. These two were exceptions in an otherwise disappointing stay. Gym Facilities: The equipment itself is impressive and well-curated, but — again — cleanliness was an issue. One of the machines (a plank trainer) had the same dust and hair on it every single day. I stayed for four days, and it was never cleaned even once. Overall, while a few individuals provided excellent support, the property suffers from slow service and serious lapses in housekeeping and hygiene. With the Fairmont brand, the expectations are naturally high

This hotel is fairly new and very modern. The lobby looked fancy and rooms were very nice. It had everything one needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing, had tons of options. The staff at the lobby check-in could be faster.

Great location, great property, but were let down by the overall service. We booked a Fairmont Gold and our booking entitled us to an upgrade, but instead we were assigned a connecting room with thin walls and noisy neighbours. Couldn’t sleep all night as the noises kept startling our little daughter and us and it wasn’t resolved even after complaining. Further got waken up by house keeping in middle of the night saying we called for an extra duvet which we didn’t ask for. The service in the gold lounge during the cocktail hours was extremely slow, waiting on a drink for 20 minutes is not gold service. What’s worse is after pre-confirming spa appointment for my wife for her birthday, when we reached the spa as per instructions at 2:15, we were made to wait for 15 minutes and then told that there has been a mix up and they have given our slot to someone else who didn’t have an appointment and their service is already started so there’s nothing we can do, we have rescheduled you to 3:30. Seriously? This has never even happened to us in a regular spa, and a 5 star hotel so easily ruins something I prebooked a month in advance to make my wife feel special for her birthday? We’re thankful for the cake and gifts at check out , but they don’t bring back what was planned as a special occasion turning into something with thorns at every step. And to think this is our first time trying out Accor as a brand after being a lifetime Marriott bonvoy members, don’t think we’d be ever making it our preffered brand if this is how their best brand takes care of the guests.
