The stay felt very strange. Here, people will judge or provide service to you based on your appearance and your pocket. If you are a celeb or some big name different service no matter if you have paid similar to other guests who are not a celeb or a big name Paid 66k for 2 nights, Junior Suite got Gold Lounge access. Also, I am an Accor Gold member, and I have always got a personal note in my room welcoming me in other properties. I am not expecting any notes or anything, but at least I was expecting the things which you mentioned in the hotel description. You said that you'll have access to a private butler. Where was the butler? I didn't get anything like that Also in the Gold Lounge, I was sitting idle for 10-15 mins, but no butler attended to me or asked me anything. I had to go ask for food and drinks, which is pathetic given what I paid and my Accor status. Other guests were getting very good service, including some foreigners and others with very aesthetic appearances. I am going to stay again in this property in April to verify everything, and if this is the service again, the only thing I can do is post on Reddit, Twitter or other platforms about the reality of this property which is hidden behind it's name

The Stay and the Rooms were very good . The Service hospitality. were Equally good . We tried 3 restaurants . Oryn,Merchants & Samaa All had amazing food. Would Surely recommend this hotel for Stay.

The hotel stay was wonderful. Your teams does you credit. My experience of call to make a room reservation was poor. I have to call serval time and was total that’s because you are busy. When I got an advisor was quoted a different price (higher) than what I was quoted a few mins ago by another advisor. Then the reservation was made for incorrect dates. It doesn’t do the hotel credit to have such a poor experience when the service is so fabulous when you stay T the hotel.
