Great view and lovely staff, but a few areas for improvement.
Thehotel has a great ocean view and is right on the beach. However, even though it is a public beach, I expected it to be a bit cleaner.
The staff were wonderful and very thoughtful! They truly understand nature and were so attentive to my pet. They provided a seat mat, a fan, ice water, and even a welcome sign with my pet’s name, which made me feel so comfortable throughout my stay.
I do have one suggestion: it would be great if dogs were allowed in the air-conditioned rooms, perhaps by designating a specific area for pets. Having to stay outside in the heat wasn't just uncomfortable for my dog, but for me as well.

Overall a comfortable stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, rooms are clean, and staff have great service mind. Breakfast is excellent, with vegetarian options available.
Suggestions for improvement:
Drinking water: Please provide 4 bottles per room per day.
Amenities: Housekeeping should check that shampoo and body wash dispensers are working properly.
Sunset viewing area: Please set aside a sunset-viewing area at the restaurant for guests who aren’t dining there. Seating around the pool is limited during peak times.

The hotel room was comfortable, the build felt empty since the actual hotel lobby was outside and not typical to most hotels. Having the breakfast location afar and being driven to its location felt disconnected, usually as having family traveling with us, there is always something that one has to return to one’s room, but due to this design format does not work. The swimming pool was closed and should had been open after our first day as the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance and was still closed after we left. We were given permission to use the other pool, but then again we needed to be driven to its location.

I have stayed at your hotel for business many times over the years. Our company directors Power Transformers International with Thai Trafo Manufacturing stay at your hotel on every visit, it’s our first choice in Rayong. Also bought my family on one trip & they loved it. The location & view from the pool is beautiful… makes going to work really difficult when at your hotel.
