Everything about the Fairmont Century was superb. The rooms were clean and luxurious, all of the staff we encountered were so pleasant. This hotel was everything and more that I expected. John in luggage service in specific went out of his way to assist us. Keep doing what you are doing Fairmont Century!

The staff were friendly, the main area was great for gathering, and the outside area was like stepping into a cool other world. The rooms were very nice and I appreciated having a steamer, an electric tea kettle, a balcony, and a big shower. All and all this was a great stay and worth the price of the room!

The room I was recently assigned was very loud, I could hear the floors being cleaned above me for some time. The room next to mine I think was a service room, there was loud voices and banging through the night. I ended up cutting my stay one night short, I didn't get any rest and changed my work schedule. Id hope to never be put in this room again as it's really a bad location.

I have stayed in probably 20 Fairmonts, and this was among the nicest. Modern, classy, very "L.A.", great location, friendly staff, a real treat.

The Fairmont is a great hotel--still feels new and is well-maintained. It's also well-located. The two negative feedback points I have is that wifi didn't work in my room and there were issues with the phone as well. Overall, good experience though.
