All the staffs are very helpful and excellent service includes front desk, reception, concierge, luggage service, room service. Food and drink in the hotel restaurant are also excellent. Definitely will come again and refer to friends and family. Thank you Fairmount Plaza Hotel .

Horrible Service ! A guest cannot call room service - housekeeping- the front desk or anyone else. All calls are routed to one person and then you hang up and wait for a call back. Many times nobody answers the calls and you must leave a voicemail message. The guest experience is horrible and it appears that cutting staff is more important than the guest experience. The "property" and location are great. I have stayed at this property for 35 years. Now I will never stay here. If Fairmont implements this at all of its properties - I will never go to Fairmont. Maybe you should change the name of the hotel to the Red Roof Inn or Discount motel.

Room service was very disappointing: no long available 24/7 (I arrived just as it closed for the night) and the room service QR codes connected to a non-functional webpage (luckily I had access to the Fairmont Gold lounge as a breakfast alternative...but the lounge was closed when I needed food after 11pm).

This hotel went from my personal favorite to a definite black list. This trip was booked as a company retreat with 9 of us in 6 different rooms. The first time I visited was in February 2022 and I was so excited to choose this hotel to host our team celebration event. I've encountered nothing but problems from reservations, to housekeeping, to lobby bar staff attitude and generally the sense that none of the staff was well trained nor want to be there. I was completely embarrassed by Day 2 of my stay and apologize to my team that I had taken them there. The rooms themselves were still great. And the service level/quality definitely did not live up to the Fairmont name during this stay.
