The room was by a service elevator that we heard the ring of the elevator and they did not looked at the notes when I checked in wanting a higher floor, they asked after we were in our room unpacked to go to a higher level, too late. Also it was our anniversary in the notes and nothing stating we got you a nice room, like other hotels would do and say when checking in. The little things matter when being checked in, also the manager that checked us in could have been more pleasant. No thanks on coming back!

3 night stay, very close to my office. I don’t always sleep well in hotel beds, but found the bed here to be very comfortable. Room was also very quiet!

Good aspects - Great location for our meetings. Room nicely furnished. Beautiful bathroom finishes (other than clear toilet door - soooo silly!!) & nice layout. The warm tone stone with cool toned fixtures is perfect (thank you for not using gold or bronze!) Dog Friendly. Now the not-so-good things... *Arrived 4pm - room still not ready *Spent nearly 20 minutes filling out the terribly-formatted on-line check-in form but they had no record of it at front desk. They were unorganized, unfriendly and confused - not a nice way to arrive.. *Room service menu was nearly impossible to find - guests have to find link to overall services website, then wade several layers to find menu - then the menu options are limited & no customization. We finally waited on the line to talk to a human & they easily took our simple omelette & coffee order. Gotta be an easier way!! *Bellhop staff said "no way to self park" - we wanted to be able to get things out of car when we wanted rather than haul it all up to room - but then we saw that there is a big self park garage attached to the building. Grrr. But, all things considered, we would stay at the hotel again, we just wouldn't try to check in on-line or use on line room service menu, etc.
