We stayed becuase of surgery at Cedars and it was a great stay.

Your staff was very kind and professional. I believe it was George at the front desk who really helped me with some uncertainty that came up with my husbands surgery timing. We were possibly going to need to add a night to our stay and he gave us an extended deadline with no penalty to confirm our needs. It was much appreciated...

Hotel was ok. Room if you are facing the hills is actually pretty decent size and standard. Reception and bar are quite poor - very very dated - not somewhere you want to spend time. Rooms thankfully better. Hotel has invited a stealth ‘resort’ fee where you are charged quite a lot more for things like - allowing you to have something delivered to the hotel (regardless that 99/100 of us won’t) - Wifi - that is free anyway to anyone with the most basic status level. So double charging - electric car charging 1 even though you may not even have a car - let alone an electric one - coffee in room (yes this is supppsed to be a 5* hotel) - a ‘passport’ for the Beverley centre - presumably this gives discounts but this is not something you are actually given when you check in - so how is one supposed to know
