Hi, While at first disappointed at the pool closure (we have 2 kids under 6) our stay turned into the memory of our trip to CA from Sweden. Great location, hotel property, and most importantly the people. Check in and out and asking for a late check out were greeted with the friendliest and most efficient people. Same with the gifts coming at turn down for the kiddos. Really we are in LA once a year, and will plan on being with you going forward. THANK YOU! David R. and family

We love the Sofitel and stay there often, but this wasn't our best trip. First, our "upgraded" room was smaller and not as nice as the one we paid for, even though it was on a higher floor. The room appeared to be very hastily made up -- things left out of place, but the real problem was that the switches in the bathroom didn't work. The fan was continually on and could not be turned off, which was loud and annoying all night long. Also, the lights were flickering and one only came on sporadically. Also, no turn down service, which we've had in the past.

I have stayed at the Sofitel for over 3 years now and I am so happy with the staff and service every time, I travel for business and it's a very nice The staff always takes care of me with upgrades and even very accommodating when I needed to check out early this time. I will always stay here.
