I recently stayed at Sofitel Los Angeles, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is fantastic – close to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the French-inspired decor, which added a touch of elegance and charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with high-end amenities, which made for a truly relaxing stay.

Stark. Minimalistic decor. The room was small and felt like a dormitory. Essential 2 mattresses pushed up against the wall. Bed was hard but sleepable. Pillows were non supportive. Towels were crisp and hard (? starched). Room near the elevator was loud. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was excellent. Restaurant was good especially for breakfast.

I stayed for nine nights in the course of which I had surgery at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. The location of the hotel suited my medical needs perfectly. My room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the hills to the north. Everyone I dealt with during my stay, from the front desk and concierge to the people bringing my room service orders, were thoughtful, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the assistance and support I received on this visit.

I stay at Sofitel 4 times per year for a week. It's always a pleasure, but this time I was not satisfied as always because: - i am a gold member and did not get anything (usually I get free drinks or chocolate) - i had to ask for sleepers and bathrobe - the room was not cleaned as always - Breakfast Staff (Marta+Eric+SANDRA, but EVERYONE) and Parking staff (WILL) are ALWAYS THE BEST.
