Found my Apple TV wasn’t working and was brand new opened the 14th in the hotel. Found it with dust and a big scratched on the side and disconnected to the hdmi cable. Notified front desk but tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault .

As a healthcare provider, the last 12 months has been an extremely challenging year for me. Treating the ill, sleepless hours working in the hospital during the pandemic, witnessing uncertainty and fear across the globe has been a huge challenge. Yet we gathered as a community and we all stayed united and held each others' hands with faith and strength to get through such crisis. The Sofitel Hotel has provided us, the healthcare workers, with support, comfort and love during since April 2020. I don’t have any complain the only thing was , the staff a need to clean and vacuum the rooms better . The last two rooms I stayed in had trash on the floor and I didn’t removed them purposely since my room was cleaned every Wednesday. After cleaning my room , the trashes was on the floor. Great staff- beds not the best tho, gym needs to open

I have nonetheless shared your feedback regarding our mattress with our Director of Housekeeping so that they can avoid any future occurrence of that kind. We do apologize nonetheless for the fact that the gym is still closed. As of now, following the lift of the stay at home order by Governor Gavin Newsom, only outdoor gym operations are authorized. As soon as indoor gyms car reopen, we will definitively reopen our facilities! We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Sofitel Los Angeles At Beverly Hills very soon. Although i am happy to be able to stay at the Sofitel being it’s so close to work, I’m disappointed in the lack of fridges and microwaves they have at the hotel. I have been staying at the Sofitel since April due to working on a covid unit. And they still are unable to provide a mini fridge or a microwave. I understand that there are a lot of us but since we’ve been staying here so long i suggest that Sofitel purchase more fridges and microwaves.
