The front desk, valet, and cleaning staff were all great, no complaints whatsoever. Fantastic gym. But the room looked tired and did not live up to my experience of Sofitel standards. One sink in the bathroom, but no vanity mirror in the bedroom. Spacious room but oddly not enough furniture. And never ever enough coffee K-cups (there were always two unfilled slots for K-cups on the tray). No robes or slippers, though the front desk provided both immediately at my request. No smart TV. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to save pennies wherever it could, rather than feeling like it was trying to provide a luxurious experience.

We had a wonderful room on the Penthouse floor. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with great sheets. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing wrong with this (dog friendly) hotel.

The hotel kept the front door open. So the temperature in the lobby, the bar, and the restaurant was about 52F. The cold came up in the eleavators. The hallway was about 60F. Our room was cold. Eventually in frustration, we turned the room thermostat to the hottest setting, but that did not get the room warm.
