I was visiting because I had a relative at the hospital. When I entered the hotel I was made to feel like it was my home. All people working there were great. Matthew was wonderful in helping me find my way to the hospital and other things. Thank you!

Staff very nice and accommodating!! Great coffee shop in lobby!! Bar outside fun and good service. Hotel is rundown, uncomfortable beds. Cleaning staff weak left used coffee cups in room. Didn’t change bars of soap in shower or bathroom. Didn’t replace coffee for Keurig.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Given the situation with Covid 19, we were unable to take advantage of restaurants, etc. which was completely understandable. Our stay was based on the proximity to Cedars Sinai Hospital as our son is a patient there. We appreciated receiving a special rate for Cedars Sinai.

The hotel is not as represented in the website. The rooms are run down and worse for wear.

Likes- Clean hotel and room, food to purchase in room, decor nice Dislikes - No valet. No clear signs posted for exit. Rooms had no usb socket, bed had no top sheet just a then Duvet, super bad lighting in restroom.

I have nonetheless shared your feedback regarding the signs for our valet with our management team so that they can change them and avoid any future occurrence of that kind. Regarding our Bed Experience, Sofitel offers a specific type of bedding which is French style and doesn't have top sheets, only the duvet/comforter that gives the feeling that you diving into clouds. The duvet replaces the sheets and is therefore cleaned after each stay. This bed is a branded bed and you'll find it in all our Sofitel in the world. I realize Covid has changed a lot of things. No decaf coffee in the morning within you lobby shop? Room made up every other day? Had to call for new towels twice. I know this is Covid related but I am being upfront.

Please rest assured that we have taken the appropriate measures to address the problem of the absence of decaff coffee in the morning with our Restaurant Manager in order to add some on the menu and prevent any future occurrence. As far as our service is concerned, we have indeed be forced to do some changes to the way we operate considering the impacts of the pandemic and all the travel restrictions that went with it, both on a revenue and staffing level. We won't hide that it has not be easy, although we know that all hotels, and the entire travel industry really, are going through the same thing. But with the reopening of California, we are hopeful that things will get better soon and that we will be able to re-operate like we used to! My husband was hospitalized at Cedar Sinai Hospital and the close proximity to the hospital, the room’s comfort, especially the bed and large shower, and the understanding staff were all remarkable. Also, the hospital rate provide us was also appreciated.

Forget about parking..., no valet yet

Folks - this is Los Angeles, right? The land of personal vehicles.... I never had so much trouble parking (self) no valet, due to COVID (OK). Two codes to enter the garage, one for the outer door and one for the exit, printed on a letter with 10000 words of useless nonsense but one of the codes. It would have been nice to load our substantial luggage without two cars behind beeping at us needlessly, however, there was insufficient space. Was literally invited to "drink at our bar" five times - but there was no one at the front desk when I departed at 710 AM... I think that the Sofitel LA / Bevely Hills will not last long. BTW - we stayed in 15 other national properties and competitors and this was by far the worst a mong them.

The entire staff at Sofitel was really helpful and kind. My stay was extremely pleasant. My only complaint is that the ventilation system sometimes brought a foul smell into the room. Overall though I felt safe and satisfied.

It was great to be back and to see the old staff returning. We were welcomed like old friends. We were made aware of the limited servies and were pleasantly surprised to have food/bev and bar service added during our stay. Now if they could only find the chairs that disappear from our room.
