Quiet, excellent service. We prefer a flat sheet between us and the comforter instead of a sheet wrapped comforter.

Sofitel offers a specific type of bedding which is French style and doesn't have top sheets, only the duvet/comforter that gives the feeling that you diving into clouds. The duvet replaces the sheets and is therefore cleaned after each stay. This bed is a branded bed and you'll find it in all our Sofitel in the world. We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this Sofitel. It was a good location and had a very trendy and artsy vibe. The staff was very helpful. Our only complaint was the price to valet your car, that was much too high.

Excellent hotel. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet superb. My only complaint is the main bar and restaurant was closed for a private function on one night of our stay and we were not notified. The hotel could do with an extra bar area and a day time coffee bar would be great. But overall it was an excellent stay.

It was very inconsistent. Turn down service would sometimes happen and sometimes not. There was one day that the room didn’t get made up at all even with the request for the room to be made up on the door. Room didn’t look clean.

There were issues at checkin. My room was not ready ebcasue I arrived early but people who came in after me were given rooms prior to me getting a room. The bed mattress had no support and I felt like I was sleeping on the box spring.

I like the hotel. Was there for a conference, but I found your bed inferior. I have felt this on previous stays. I'd like to see you upgrade them. If I stay again I could request a room with a better mattress, but not sure if you track that. I don't need a newer one, just a better one.

Overall good. Room was nice and clean. Good service at front desk. Only issue was room service order was delivered wrong. No apology or anything. They sent up a new meal , corect this tome, but no explanation or apology. Next morning I had to work in room. Wanted to go down and get a bagel. Lady wanted to charge me $32 if I got a bagel from the buffet. So I asked for one to go. Was given an attitude of inconvenience. Then a charge of $6. So not sure if it’s worth the attitude to stay here. Beverly Hilton is a better option without the snooty attitude.

The room smelled like smoke, went to the bar for a drink and small bite as we were on a time crunch and it was supposed to open at 4 pm didn’t open up til 4:10 pm and the bartender was rude, called for water in the evening for room service and it never came.

Hotel staff was very professional and kind upon check in. We were having trouble texting in a room service order (after being greeted via text no one was responding) so eventually we called from the room phone. We did take a couple sodas out of the mini bar that morning and not 10 minutes later someone knocked on our door wanted to come in and replace them (even through our room hadn't been serviced yet that day and we were also due to check in a few hours). We found this a bit invasive and disruptive to our morning while we were trying to enjoy our room service. Someone then came back a couple of hours later to pick up our room service tray even though we were in the midst of getting dressed and packing up to check out. Again, not sure why they could not have waited until we checked out within the hour to collect the tray and restock the mini bar.

I stayed in Room 430 which was directly across from the elevator bank. All night long I could hear the "ding" of the elevator bell as well as more than few guests who had clearly had more than one drink. For $500+ for the night, I would think there would be zero possibility for having such a room.
