All the staff have been friendly approachable and accommodating. Except for this female very AUTHORITATIVE not the Korean or Asian one during the day upon talking to this female manager was rude and to be honest we’re as Health care workers one of the reasons she’s working in your hotel and paying for her paycheck. This female AM manager is very rude and must take more Ethically Customer service courses. She made me feel uncomfortable and almost threatens me if I ever talk to her again, for what is what I asked to myself?

Sofitel has welcomed Cedars staff with open hearts and arms. Any time of the day or night, all staff is there to help us. From housekeeping, engineering, front desk staff and security, everyone is friendly and helpful. This place has been home for me since covid started. Thank you Sofitel

The location is Good but the service is really bad and some staff is not friendly the front desk that I talk to name Matthew morning shift is rude .Cleaning day in my room is every Wednesday but they always skip my room .they don't change linen every time they clean that's why I need to request to change my beddings linen.

During our stay we were able to walk to most restaurants, shopping and other places of interest; a car was not required. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, providing support to several requests almost immediately. My husband had back surgery and needed to have the topper on the bed removed, once I put in the request, within 10 minutes customer service was at our door with a I will come back again in the near future, just wating for the hotel restaurant and bar to open up!!!

Room was small, but reasonably appointed. Bed was comfortable. For the level of hotel, disappointed in lack of small touches. No notepad or pen. One small shampoo bottle, no conditioner. Due to COVID restrictions, no food or beverage available in the hotel at all- no room service, but also no restaurant open. This is odd, considering the Four Seasons' restaurant is open and serving, as are others all around. No Valet Parking, so need to self park below and use stairs to get in and out of parking garage. I'm sure things will be better once COVID restrictions ease, but this was barely an acceptable stay for a business trip.

a poor decision for my work to place me there. My room was next to the elevators, so I could hear the movement, and the people talking coming off and on. The room had two full beds, and very dark with no natural light. I called within my first 15 minutes to ask if I could have another room. The woman I spoke with very bluntly said “we’re sold out, it’s the only room we have left” I called my work and checked out early the following morning. I’m traveling back to LA and staying for two months… There’s no way that I can endure this for two months.

They kept charging me for holding fees on stuff they was not being accommodated .they lied about everything on the site so I was super upset when we got there our room was not ready bathroom was filthy so they supposedly moved us to a better room which was horrible the fallacies posted about how amazing it is or the pictures does not match my experience or meet my expectations
