While the room is a little "dated" and could use a remodel, the service from your outstanding staff more than makes up for it. The location is fantastic on the west side. We will return.

Pleasant staff Had mentioned 4 times that the previous guest had left rubbish in my room and was not picked up for the entirety of stay Carpet was dirty when I first checked in Booked directly with the hotel, and confirmed final cost, but was surprised by the additional hidden fees when we checked out, staff member was understanding and reduced as much as possible.

I was in town for business working to support a customer account in Beverly Hills. I stayed in room 942. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a bit noisy early evenings due to traffic first response vehicles in route to Cedars Sinai.
