The bartenders Will, John, and especially Christian were excellent. The whole team in the coffee bar are extremely warm and great to see in morning. Your valet team are ALL just positive and always happy to see everyone, professional, respectful, and fast. They were so nice to me and my dogs. Patricia ,Adrianna , and Victor. Lupe was so great and the front desk team delightful. My coffee guy for the rooms was a pleasure !! Thank you so much and the bartender from the bungalow was so sweet! Everyone!

I enjoy staying at the Fairmont. The bed is comfortable, rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only constructive feedback I have is that the rooms can use a renovation. They are loud (one can hear a lot from adjacent rooms) and the doors have space at the bottom which lets a lot of light come into the room from the corridors at night.

The staff at the hotel are lovely - very helpful and professional. My only issue was that my room was on the first floor overlooking the street and I had some trouble sleeping the night of my first stay from intermittent street noise. I bought ear plugs for the second night and slept much more comfortably. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

The only negatives to great stay was the surprising wonky way to make reservation at restaurant or reaching room service. Electronic sections on tv run one in circles; no clear way to contact reservations or room service. Even phone did not have key button, room service, reservations, front desk so had literally make your way down to make reservations at restaurant for all meals. Never did figure out room service. All other functions, valet, parking, shops, areas of hotel to relax were perfect. Were told dog would have bowl, treats, a bed etc. but never received or set up entering room. We overlooked minor issues; had excellent meals; hotel facilities,
