Your detailed feedback is truly appreciated, and it helps us continue to improve the quality of our services and facilities. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced, including the leaking shower door, missing hand wash soap, and the inconsistent water temperature in your room. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for immediate follow-up and rectification. Regarding the breakfast crowd, we understand how it can affect the overall dining experience, especially during peak hours. As part of our ongoing effort to manage this, we always encourage our guests to enjoy breakfast after 8:00 AM, as large tour groups usually dine earlier. We are continuously reviewing our breakfast flow to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. We also noted your feedback about the cooking station and the current noodle offerings. At present, our breakfast selections follow the brand standards set by Accor. However, I have personally shared your comments with our kitchen team for consideration, and we’ll explore options to enhance the variety, including looking into the possibility of having Maggi noodles option or offering more choices such as kuay teow and yellow noodles to cater to different preferences. Lastly, it would have been greatly appreciated if these concerns had been raised during your stay, as we are always happy to assist our guests immediately and provide solutions to ensure their comfort.
