I think the manpower is less , both staff occupied with group check in and phone calls , cafe guy always missing each time had to inform receptionist to find him. No in room services , Both morning n night session staff lack of communication, while I was in the room they have sent out the checked out email .

the area surrounding the hotel don't feel safe as there are many foreign workers in that area. The bathroom and toilet door cannot be lock. The breakfast spread and quality can be improve. other than that its good to have bunk bed in the hotel.

Called Front desk/Operator 7 times. Not answered. Went down to frontdesk to ask for towels, staff seemed uninterested to help, apart from Jasmine who proactively went immediately to pass me towels. (Kids were all went from the shower and waiting for towels, told the front desk when we got back, went up the room, asked the kids to shower first thinking towels should arrive soon). Single cafe staff had to help with a church event, and so lobby cafe was hardly manned. Cafe staff Logan was helpful and friendly, but understaffed, or Front desk staff could easily learn how to serve welcome drinks. Security Guna was helpful and friendly.
