During our recent stay at Ibis JB, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine kindness, making us feel right at home. It was easy to get to anywhere via Grab. Short journey to Sutera or Bt Indah. 35mins to Southkey Mid Valley or Komtar JB.

Overall, the location was quite far from the city. I have utilised the points for this stay due to expiry date soon. The room though new, was dusty and with a bit of odour. Overall, would not stay here again if I have a choice.
