I checked in around 2050. The checkin staff busy closing her counter due change over duty. While Asst Manager doing the check in, no acknowledgement of my Platinum status. No room ugrade offered as well the welcome amenity.

Breakfast is pathetic, there is no meat, only sausages and ham
