The front office and all staffs that I met or bumped into were very friendly. The Room design especially the shower room could be improved as there is no where to hang our clothing before we shower. There should be small writing desk for Ibis Style if Ibis Red has it.

Hotel so small

Dear Mr Muhammad H., First and foremost, we would like to say "Thank You" for staying with us from 10 Jan 2026 until 11 Jan 2026 for 2 rooms. Honestly, we appreciate your sincere in rating us. We understand that our room is not as spacious as any other hotels that you have stayed with, but even though the room is compact or small, but it is complete with basic necessities. Our standard rooms are compact yet functional, with basics like AC, TV, toiletries, shower, iron and iron board, minibar and open concept wardrobe. On-site facilities include a restaurant, café/bar, fitness center, and parking vehicle, making us suitable for both leisure and business stays. ibis Styles Johor, Iskandar Puteri is in a strategically located part of Johor with good connectivity to major highways and key destinations. North–South Expressway (to KL) ~10–15 min to connect to PLUS Senai International Airport (JHB) ~15–20 min connecting expressways Johor Bahru City Centre ~20 min to Skudai Highway Singapore (Second Link) ~25 min to Second Link Highway We sincerely apologize for the lapse in our breakfast service and the delay in food replenishment during your visit. Please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously. Good overnight stay

Hotel had great family rooms and was well located for a short Grab ride to Legoland. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and service friendly. The surrounds of the hotel was a surprise and felt industrial, but the hotel itself provided us well. Good access to DIY laundry facilities within walking distance.
