I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri The hotel is truly impressive, with excellent facilities, the room clean and big. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall ambiance contributed greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thank you to FB Manager who did the good service and good soup ekor. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special and memorable. Your team’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Once again, thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I book 2 rooms family room with bunk bed unfortunately each floor only have 1 room for room type that I have booked. Since I have stayed here a few times before, so the staff (if im not mistaken Noordin) have give an option to us to change 1 of the family room with another 2 standard room so that my family can stay at the same floor. That was a great option offered by the ibis team and im happily proceed with the option given. Kudos to him and the team. The Indian security give us a warm welcome and the lobby bar staff give my kids a complimentary popcorn during checkout. Overall im very satisfied and impressed with the services. Looking forward to stay here again in future.

Good and friendly front desk staff. Food is very average even on a Saturday. Hotel can devise buffet to Alacarte buffet as the normal buffet has limited choices. Room is clean and adequately amenities provided. Location of hotel - deserted but good for a quiet moment.

As a platinum member, there is no welcome appreciation send to the room. My family has also dine in at their lobby cafe. It took them nearly an hour to get a vege rice and another 2 main dishes to be served. Kids are so hungry. In next morning breakfast, i have asked for hard boiled eggs. Endup they gave me half boiled eggs. There might be a misunderstanding so I explained myself again that I want fully boiled eggs. End up, they serve me with cold cut hard boiled eggs for breakfast. I gave up. I have stay and dine in this hotel many times but this time round, i am disappointed with the F&B team.
