Location I am aware within industrial area. 10 min drive to food n massage. The service I spoke to during check in, the service can be improved but I did not note her name. Same No reply but another staff Dina, responded better. The check in staff without checking - can't have a higher level before I could request for a diff facing room from the 1st time I stayed. I knew fr Dina I stayed the 09 room number but different floors

I arrived at the hotel at 4.30am and requested a last‑minute room change. The room I was given was on a floor where the corridor lights were not working, and the room phone was also not functioning, so I couldn’t reach room service when I needed assistance. The room was also missing basic amenities such as dustbin plastic, slippers, and laundry bags, which was disappointing considering the room rate I paid. On top of that, the toilet and room layout felt too open, which affected the airflow and overall comfort. I went back to the reception, and the new shift receptionist who had just started work handled the situation immediately and provided me with a better room. I appreciate the prompt help from the morning staff, but I hope the hotel can improve service consistency and room readiness, especially during late‑night or early‑morning check‑ins.

staff was not really helpful, egg station at breakfast waiting time cluld be improve. No concierge staff.
