Obviously a businesd choice by mgt to have no AC in lobby, hallways, lifts etc.. get to the room at its stinking hot with no AC turned on prior to entry, nothing in minibar and the room stunk of dried fish from the folks who must've had a cook up in the roomthe night before. The buffet was as basic as it comes. No point asking for feedback because if management are unable to see what is going on you guys have problems. Feedback is about refining your product offering NOT getting basics right.

I arrived very late in the evening. I was met outside and taken a few minutes away by shuttle. Room was comfortable and clean. Everyone spoke English and customer service was excellent
