Very central. Kind staff. The room furniture too old. Room need re decoration. Room too small for two people as second person can not get out of bed without jumping over the other person

The bath wasn't cleaned properly: there was lines of dirt all around it. I notified it to the desk and a cleaning staff was sent to our room during the day. Nevertheless, when I later checked the sink, and there again there was a hole full of unclean dark dirt. Not acceptable!

The location of this hotel was right opposite to the Kyoto railway station. Also tour companies and shopping malls nearby.
