The bath wasn't cleaned properly: there was lines of dirt all around it. I notified it to the desk and a cleaning staff was sent to our room during the day. Nevertheless, when I later checked the sink, and there again there was a hole full of unclean dark dirt. Not acceptable!

The location of this hotel was right opposite to the Kyoto railway station. Also tour companies and shopping malls nearby.

The units need some renovations to refresh the look. The choice of a desk chair with a fixed back rendered the chair unusable with 8 inches of space between the bed.
