I liked this Ibis. The sleep quality was very good - which is the most important thing for me. The bed and the bathroom and the AC were also good. The breakfast was OK as well - although the quality of the orange juice and the cornflakes could definitely be improved - and I would have loved the typical Ibis Boiled Eggs and the classic Ibis Pain au Chocolat for breakfast. However, my only complaint would be that the window in the room cannot be opened - thus the room can never be properly ventilated.

The room needs repair. The shower was broken. The wall of the bathroom was falling down.

I experienced a traveler’s worst-case scenario at this hotel. Despite booking directly via the app and completing online check-in, I arrived at 3:00 AM (a delayed flight and long waits at airport for luggage) to be told I didn’t have a reservation and later after showing my booking in the app, was told my room had been 'resold.' The front desk claimed my card failed, yet produced a slip from the trash with no card details to prove a transaction was even attempted. This same card worked perfectly at a neighbouring hotel that same night and has been used for my last five stays at Accor properties. The staff was dismissive, forcing me to find new lodging in a foreign country in the middle of the night. When I spoke to the supervisor the next morning, she was completely indifferent. Avoid this property—they do not honour confirmed bookings and offer zero support when they fail the guest.

The team attempted to contact you at the registered number because the credit card used as a guarantee was declined (as shown on the receipts). This can sometimes hapens due to cards being blocked in apps or situations beyond the hotel's control. Therefore, we were forced to sell the room. The following morning, when you returned, we offered to reinstate the canceled reservation, provide you with a complimentary night as compensation, and fully credit your points, which you declined. Stayed in one of the suites for 3 nights, good size room, breakfast was good and location is excellent for the price.
