I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Malang. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent hospitality shown by the team. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to various attractions and dining options in Malang. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, offering a good variety of local and international dishes. Front desk check in process is okay. Sofa at lobby area is old and cushion is uncomfortable. Room: Bathroom floor and walls are yellowish, sticky and have bad smell *unhygienic*. Sink also have cracked lines.
