It’s overall pretty good but the elevator broke with my wife and child stuck in it. We also asked for an extra pillow each as they only provide two pillows TOTAL on the bed (we just wanted to be able to sit up in bed and watch tv, plus the pillows are very thin) to which we were told “we only allow one extra pillow per room” What the actual f@&k??? I understand it’s a budget hotel but that’s taking it a bit far isn’t it?

As per our hotel policy, additional pillows are subject to a service charge. However, following your feedback, our team has rechecked the quality and firmness of the pillows, and we are currently in the process of arranging improved pillow options for better guest comfort. Moving forward, should you prefer higher or additional pillows, please feel free to inform our team at any time, and we will do our best to assist you accordingly. Regarding the elevator incident, we are truly sorry to learn about your experience. However, during your stays between 14–19 April and again from 21–24 April, we did not receive any report of an elevator malfunction or guests being stuck. Our engineering team has also conducted checks and no such issue was recorded. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and will continue to closely monitor the system to ensure guest safety at all times. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for any inconvenience caused. This hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and within easy reach of shopping malls. The rooms are very clean, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed the food; everything we tried was good!
