So everything was ok the beds were comfy the room was clean but we called at 11pm and they said we had to buy an extra pillow…we have NEVER been in a hotel we’re u have to pay for 1 extra pillow the breakfast was average and we booked a connecting room and they said they couldn’t garrente we would get it when we booked 10 months before

No major complaints. Just a suggestion, please get the mattresses UV cleaned with a simple UV mattress vacuum cleaner as there were many bed mites or dust mites on the mattress. Hua Hin enjoys hot weather so just airing the mattress in sun for 3 to 4 hours will kill all bugs and germs. Not an expensive solution but surely can improve the quality of sleep for guest .

Good location, pity about the staff attitude and performance

Ibis is brilliantly located in a posh market area with popular weekend night markets i.e. Tamarind and Cicada at walking distance. On the other side one can visit popular malls Bluport and Market Village which are again a stone’s throw away. Khao Takeab beach (monkey mountain) is again 2.5 km away making it ideal place for watching sunrise. Beside the street on both the sides are lined up with choicest of eateries and massage parlours. Speaking of the hotel its more of a boutique hotel with considerable options in the breakfast buffet and rooms have balcony with pool and city view. The bar is cosy and is always full with guests and has a sitting area just outside the hotel for someone interested in having a sip or two by the road side. Budget hotel with luxury at your disposal!
