The Pullman Legian is wonderful! All the staff are so kind and friendly. Beautiful grounds and the breakfast was phenomenal. The adult pool staff: Darmawan, Trisna, Wayan, Adi, Astawan are great. We spent a lot of time at the adult pool and Darmawan always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast staff: Staff was lovely. We interacted with Depa, Ayu, and Seni. They came over to talk to us and introduce themselves. We were impressed on how they taught themselves English and wanted to improve their English by interacting with guest. If you are in Kuta, stay here!

We've enjoyed 4 fabulous nights here in the heart of Legian. Across the road from one of the best sunset beaches and a 5 min stroll to Garlic Lane - one of the best shopping areas in Bali. We've enjoyed many of the local Warungs, but tonight we were treated to one of the best meals we've had in Bali right here at the Pullman. Executive chef Wayan Artika served us personally with the delicious Tofu with peanut sauce, locally made Lumpia, finger licking Buffalo wings and the mouth watering Bebuk Goreng. Terima kasih Chef Wayan, we've enjoyed every bite!

We had an amazing stay during Nyepi! Our room was spotless and incredibly spacious, making it a perfect retreat. A big thank you to Yasmika from Housekeeping for the thoughtful note and lovely room decoration—it truly made us feel special. A special appreciation to Andinni, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay, ensuring a memorable experience. Also for Yanik from Welcomer Team. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of Asian, Western, and Indian cuisine. The team was attentive and engaging, always making sure we had everything we needed. Kudos to Haity, Seni, Bella, Wila, Cahya, and FB Manager Ari Mahendra for their outstanding service. The hotel itself is grand and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the Alun Alun area, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for a fantastic experience—we look forward to coming back!
