The staff were all welcoming and kind. The hotel is lovely. The only issues we encountered was the bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved, and the breakfast options were not explained well so we thought we were purchasing the light breakfast but ultimately paid for the full breakfast buffet, even though we didn’t utilize it. Minor issues overall and an otherwise great stay.
