⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Novotel Bangkok The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tizz who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Perfect location for exploring Bangkok. Highly recommend!

I am an accor member. Annie was an excellent host from accor desk. Just wished that the rooms came with 2 queen size bed so we could have our kids with us. Friendly staff.

The stay was comfortable and service was prompt. But they were not ready for a 4pax stay despite it being my search requirement when making the booking.
