Great choice of hotel—its location is perfect, with easy access from the airport via the skytrain and shopping centers just a short walk away. The service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed every time we stepped into the hotel, our bags were taken to the room immediately, and the team assisted us with an early check-in. All staff were friendly, with a special mention to Tent, the Front Manager, who was always smiling and created a genuinely warm atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing: everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. Truly nothing to fault. The room was also clean and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the shower head in our room was slightly loose, but it wasn’t a real inconvenience as the room also had a rain shower available. We will definitely be returning next year.
