The issue was with the shuttle bus. I stayed night 23/24 Dec. I arrived at shuttle point at Geneva Airport about 20.05. Shuttle buses came from pretty much all other hotels round and round but not from Moevenpick. Some like from Marriott and Hilton went round twice whie I was there but still no bus from Moevenpick. I couldn't ring as I couldn't get a signal to find your number on my 'phone. 'phone numbers listed at the stop are high up, small print and impossible for me to read in the dark. At last I asked a Marriott driver for help and he 'phoned your hotel and eventually I got picked up about 20.50. I then had a meal in hotel by the window and watched your shuttle bus sitting there outside doing nothing throughout my meal. For me the connection between airport is top priority. After my experience this trip next time I will look at booking Hilton or Marriot which have better shuttle.
