Although not immediately adjacent to malls, there is one reasonably (10-15 min walk) located. The room was upgraded and very comfortable and hotel facilities modern and most enjoyable. The staff were helpful and offered complimentary extension for check out. There’s also a delicious chocolate fondue 4-5pm. Will certainly check in next visit to Hanoi.
