Underwhelming stay. I waited in line to check in only to then get to the front counter and be told I had to check my self in at a self-service booth. I required further assistance but gave up after realising that those on duty could not cope with the very few number of guests in the lobby that needed support. The room service hours are terrible. I arrived at 10pm and could not get a meal.

No plugs by the bed for charging phones. Lighting was harsh and cool white. The couch looked so old and worn and dirty I didn’t dare touch it let alone sit on it. Random wet patch on the carpet. No moisturiser in bathroom Furnished like a caravan park unit.

As Ibis Hotels have it own standards of rooms, we have expected it in this hotel too. But this one is really old fashioned and very-very basic, however our room was always clean. It's convinient to stay only for a couple of days. As for check-incheck-out, it's very simple and fast. You can easily do it at the self-desk. Location is perfect! Hotel is located in the center, close to the main attractions which can be reached on foot. There is no soundproofing between the room and the corridor, so at night I would wake up from any knocking on the neighboring doors or from slamming doors. Breakfast was various and tasty.
