Fabulous. Room on top floor 9, very quiet, peaceful, restful, very central and easy to access. Shout out to CONNOR who resolved a tv issue and moved me to great room. Very accommodating staff member, as were all others. Would stay again. Very clean

Had a great experience on checkin as reception person was very helpful. Departure was slightly different as I informed your employer they had refunded myself, when Booking.com had already. They said the bottle of water I consumed would be FOC, but then after my departure my card showed a charge for the water. Left a slightly sour feeling to what was a great visit.

Enjoyed the city location, walkeable to shopping, museum , art gallery and circular quay. Comfortable bed, good shower though bathroom was small. Wonderful staff . Good value
