We’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly around housekeeping timing, minibar accuracy, the room key being removed during servicing, and the noise from the air conditioning. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Please accept our apologies for the minibar charge confusion. While the charge has been reversed on our side, pending transactions can take a few business days to clear depending on your bank. Your comments regarding minibar checks prior to arrival have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review.
