I arrived quite early as my partner and I took the bus from Melbourne. The staff member who checked us in, was at the end of his night shift, already tired. But was extremely polite and accomodating, providing us an upgrade and an early check-in. It was also our anniversary, and the staff made sure that the hospitality was in order. Overall for a business hotel, it was far beyond what we expected and the true spirit of hospitality remained with the staff.

Check in was good and quick. I was disappointed with the room specifically it did not have a dedicated wardrobe only a small cubicle about the size of a large microwave space. A minor issue for a 1 night stay however, it provided 2 bathrobes (folded up on hangers) and 2 spare hangers. The robe space was even too small to hang a short jacket let alone a dress or a pair of jeans or pants. It was also located directly adjacent to the lifts which was a bit noisy at times with people coming and going. Also, my booking included breakfast. This was provided at a small cafe outside the hotel. To be honest McDonalds would have been better. It was not enjoyable.

Location really great. Front desk service good. But the room service not ideal. Front desk ask when we will come back but the room service not finished before we come back, as we want to separate the bed. And not eating any mini bar item but charge the fee for a chocolate. Might be not fill in before we checked in. Unnecessary conversations happen when the transaction happened. Although refund? Bank still shows pending. Not satisfied check out experience. And the air conditioning sounds too loud. Unable to sleep well. Also room service pick one of the room cards after cleaning. I need to go down and pick it up. Hot room after coming back.
